I really enjoy your day/week in life videos. I just want to thank you for being You! I've watched this platform for years and have noticed the ones I started out watching aren't even the same people anymore. They have changed so much. But you have stayed your genuine self and I appreciate that. Your videos are so encouraging and I look forward to each and every one. Thanks for sharing your family, life and values!

In Jacksonville Florida I have paid 7 bucks for 5 pounds...amazing how much all the basics we buy have gone up. Eggs free range brown 6 bucks a dozen. The milk I love 6.00 a gallon. God bless you and your love ones and keep the healthy and with bountiful gardens. We need to buy laying hens and plant a garden down here. Can meats that you can catch on sale for things are going to get worse before it gets better.

Hi Jennifer, I think that in Australia we have a product called mock cream which might be the closest to cool whip. It used to be commonly used for cakes and fillings but no longer. Fresh cream is used almost exclusively now much to my eldest son’s disappointment. He loved mock cream. One can make it oneself but I would have to find an old fashioned recipe to do it. Always look forward to your videos. Best wishes from Australia

I agree 100% about how ones brain is wired and how you feel about such executive functioning tasks like cleaning and/or organizing. My entire house struggles with all of this and we really have to push each other to stay on top of things. Just like you said too, there's nothing wrong with that if you happen to fall into that group that struggles with it. It's totally normal. What you described in how you have to help the boys is exactly what I have to do with my two boys.

EVEN IN THE YEARS WE DON'T HAVE SUCH HIGH INFLATION POTATOES TEND TO RUN HIGHER FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. SO GLAD YOU ARE BACK MAKING VIDEOS. Just use the Epsoms Salts, it is the same as Miracle Grow. It is also great for tomatoes and peppers. When I am planting them into the ground to start I put a tablespoon in the bottom of the hole them when they have been in the ground for a month or 6 weeks I will sprinkle a ring of it around them and water it in, I planted Delacata squash, Blue Hubbard, Acorn, Spaghetti and Butternut squash for the first time this year.

Good to see the jiggle-dance pattern because it is a bit different than using the weighted regulator on a Presto. Your garden looks great and it is nice to see you getting enough to be canning. When you were talking about cleaning the boys room my boys are the same way I usually have to clean or organize actually every once in awhile too. My daughter was just starting to do really well to clean her room too so maybe it's something to do with girls most of the time. I have to get the boys room to the point where they can understand a plan that they can make it work for them with organize drawers that have a picture and subjects of what is in it. Maybe with large ziplock bags since we have a bunch of 2 gallon bags and organize items in them inside their bins. We shall see how it goes? Does that sound like a good idea? Thanks, keep up the great work, and take care.

I've never seen anyone with that type of weight on their pressure canner! I received mine from my MIL and it was terrifying the first time I used it. 🤦‍♀ I've used it a few times since and have gotten more comfortable with the jiggling. I do have a problem, though. My lock never releases. I end up waiting hours and hours before I grab a butter knife to lift the lock while I twist the lid. Any suggestions? Even just where to go to trouble shoot?
I really enjoy watching your videos and am always inspired in my homemaking, homeschooling, gardening journey. :)

Help!!! I have made and loved your potato salad, but can’t find the video it was in. I’ve been asked to bring it for a Labor Day gathering. Can you steer this feeble-minded old lady back to the video that had the recipe? Or post a link to it? Much appreciated!❤️

I believe the video you’re looking for is titled Easy Summer Meals of the Week at around minute 18. I hope that helps you out. 😀
