Eunectes S2 stun scales with her block count, which is funny with Nian S3. Today is very easy, which is a bit sad for the last CC8 daily we'll get (CC10 had some great CC8 variants).
If you use Horn it's probably 5 ops.

Because eunectes isn't on-hit recovery. Her sp Regen is weird, basically it's sp per-second but locked if she's not blocking anything.

It works- whenever Blemishine or Penance attacks while off skill, they gains 1 SP (as indicated by the green "SP 1" icon). Her talent only takes effect when she's deployed, but that doesn't matter for the strategy in this video.
