Thank you for sharing this was such a gorgeous area and what a beautiful walk. We have done walks for metal health and we did a very big walk for suicidal awareness. We have unfortunately been affected this subjects we have lost family and friends to metal health issues. We once spoke to a therapist that said a walk in nature has been compared to one pill for depression. We know we feel better wheb we are outside walking and it can help. Your doing a wonderful job sharing and yes talking about it. Thanks for sharing 😊
