This was so great Thank you so much! In the past few weeks I have actually have been feeling burned out after hearing the symptoms you mentioned. But your video has really helped me noticed it and refocus on the Truth. We are but dust Psalms 103 and God indeed is in control.
Personally, I experience headaches, sleepiness, and a 'numbness' to do anything. I have found myself sometimes staring at my laptop screen and feeling completely 'stuck' to do anything. Those are my 'red-flags' that I need to watch myself.
I'm not sure - I know the early Reformers might have struggled a bit more with this since it was the early stages of the Reformation. But it was especially the Puritans who recovered the 'goodness' of things like marriage, rest, and physical blessings. So Luther might have planted the seeds and later generations reaped the fruits. :)
QUESTION: Have you ever experienced burnout? What were symptoms you experienced? 👇🏻
The visuals and sound effects are captivating.
Thank you Pieter! I did a lot of effort with this one to try and keep the retention as long as possible. Thanks again that I may use Filmora
Awesome advice!
Hi Victoria! Thanks for the comment. Hope all is well with you. :)
Amazing video!
Thank you, this is very helpful 🙏
So glad you enjoyed it Rudzani 😊

Hey Jam Z. Wow! This is so encouraging. Thanks for sharing! May we trust God with the limited energy we have and honour Him with our bodies 🙏🏻
This is SUCH an important topic. Even Christians that aren't legalistic often forget the importance of being good stewards of their energy.
So true! We are all tempted to think we are capable of more than we are.
So true! Thanks for the comment Calla.
A relevant message that fits the season, blessed by this, thank you guys.
Thanks Folo!
Very helpful and applicable! I think this is common in our day. Good reminder that we cannot serve and love as we should if we burn out ☝🏼
Hi Werner. Thanks for the comment. Hope you can rest well during the festive season 🙏🏻
I don't know if I've ever experienced burn out, but I do know that if I work too late on complicated things, I talk in my sleep :)
Thanks for sharing Jacques! At least your wife will know when you are busy with complicated things 😁

4:10, did Luther misunderstand this? I think he says somewhere that we are butt-dust.
