Lies y'all just caught up to Florida in the end of Spurrier era and during Ron zook tenure, you won twice against Florida when they had Rex Grossman and 2 times during leak era than 1 time against driskel stop lieing
You should have been around before the FSU-GaTech game. 2.2 yards per carry if you take away Toafili's on 28 yard scamper. Week 1 games I feel like this is more important than ever (unless you're playing some FCS pre-season matchup).
Miami's backfield is stacked I mean the whole Miami roster is loaded but it's the first time they'll all play together. If they click Florida will be in some major trouble.
Look I’m a gator fan and I appreciate your channel so much , but man.. how good is it to see FSU lose and have a great rivalry game to start off the season! I’m excited either way and hope every player stays safe!
I think the game has to be very tight. If that's the case, neither team should feel bad. If it's a tight finish, no big deal because it's not a conference game for neither one. However, Gators schedule is much tougher ahead and if they finish 6-6 or ,7-5 or a little better, Napier should win coach of the year. Cristobal on the other hand, does not have that luxury of going 7-5 like last year. That would be catastrophic. Having said all this "GO CANES"!!!
Good luck to y'all this season. You guys take care of business and I can see you finally winning the ACC and getting to the playoffs. There's a lot in your favor including the fact that FSU is not looking as good as initially thought. The key to this game is starting fast for the Gators; go down the field and score and then get a stop or stop Miami and then go and score. The swamp will be rocking and I can see that affecting the new pieces of Miami's puzzle. Gonna be a good one. We can all sense it. Go Gators!
35-14. Canes. Martinez and fletcher will wear down the defense. They will completely control the clock. They have to respect the run. That’s trouble when Cam is able to sit back and pick them apart.

CFB is a team sport. Not a QB sport. Not a RB sport. Not an Oline sport. CFB is a team sport and there is a difference between a team that's played together for multiple games and a team that has played 0 games together. Florida wins this one to start a 7-5 season. The Canes lose this on on the way to an ACC championship.
Bud. There is a reason why Vegas has UF at 4.5 wins. 6-6 is the absolute ceiling. More like 5-7 FS💩 is going 9-3 ceiling. I can't believe some of these reporters actually think DJwho is capable of churning out a playoff season. Mike Norvell is exposed for taking unproven talent this time around.
I live in Miami ( Brickell) Hurricane fans need to ask themselves if FLORIDA was in the ACC would Florida be the favorites to win that conference. Because Florida is built for the SEC (size and speed conference) ACC does not compare. This is not Boston College. I’ll believe it when I see it.
I'm a die-hard Miami hurricane fan from Fort Lauderdale Florida I've been watching this football team for 40 years and I've seen everything during this time the ups and the downs it's the only team I live in dye with every year With that said I'm not buying into anything in regards to this program until I see what happens on Saturday. Mario Crystal Ball has shown nothing of being an elite head coach You can recruit but being an elite head coach is a totally different thing This is year three and they are absolutely no excuses I don't want to hear coaching platitudes from him I don't want to hear coaching speak I don't want to hear anything about a process Long time Miami hurricane fans who understand what Miami hurricane football is and what it should look like are in the dark right now with this program. We have no idea what this football team is going to look like It doesn't have an offensive identity It doesn't have a defensive identity It doesn't have a special teams identity Hell it doesn't even have a coaching identity. Kim Ward is the new next big thing transport portal quarterback Tyler Van Dyke leaves the program after 3 years and goes up to Wisconsin and when's the starting QB1 job after being on campus for only a few months and I'm excited to see what that kid does cuz I was rooting for him at Miami and if he plays well it was constant it's going to say a lot about what's happening in Miami right now. Are we going to continue to be every year in the transfer portal looking for quarterback What about the talent on the team that you recruit who's responsible for developing these kids so that they can play to their talent and their potential as a fan you know that's what I want to know I don't care who's in the building who you're recruiting If they're not being developed it doesn't matter who's in the building So on Saturday my expectation is from the opening kickoff Miami to kick UF's ass up and down the field until the whistle blows to end the game I want to see a full football game from these kids I want to see a full coaching game from this from this coaching staff so that it doesn't look like a Pop Warner team I want to see game management be better I want to see the ball get thrown down the field and not to the sidelines This is now the year to me for Mario Crystal Ball to show something or he needs to be shown the door.
Facts, I'm a Miami fan and they let us down frequently so I would be more surprised if they do win the game. They always had the talent but they need the execution
@@LisaSnow3 Technically we won 8 games last year (the refs stole the GT game from us, Chaney was very CLEARLY down before they ripped the ball out). Not great but we have improved in the off season, added talent, so we should win 9 games this season, minimum.
Die hard Cane fan myself. Take away half of those TVD interceptions and we easily 8-5 or 9-3 last year. Watching how we played aTm in year one compared to yr 2 you can see the development of talent as well as the mentality of the team was different. I expect this year to be even better. 35-13 🌀
Don’t read too much into TVD winning that job. Wisconsins QB room is two freshman and a rs sophomore who completed 50% of his passes last year while scoring about 14 points a game. As long as TVD didn’t die, he was going to start
Doesn't matter dude gamers are gamers. Gamers get it done juco and in power 4. I get that the West Coast defenses are non-existent but you're still talking about D1 players that get drafted and have great NFL careers. The disparity isn't that huge maybe the conference as a whole isn't as great but they are still just talented as our boys down south. Only casuals think that West Coast teams are somehow high school teams compared to Southeastern teams.
@@brandonbarnes9681That was Penix. Cam Ward literally threw three interceptions that game with three touchdowns ofc. If the Gators can score more than 21, then y’all in big trouble.
The committee hate my Gators which had the #5 toughest schedule last year. Followed up with the #1 toughest schedule in the NCAA this year. Gators love the pressure though last year prepared the them for this year. Florida 38 - Miami 24. Go Gators 🔵🟠🐊🐊🐊🐊🐊
Cam Ward in his biggest games on the road last year. At Washington 63.7 QBR, 2 ints, sacked 5 times. At Oregon 82 QBR, sacked 5 times. Now I think Ward has potential to be good but UF is a team who has much more snaps as a team behind a QB who doesn’t turn the ball over especially at home. My pick is UF because it is week 1 in one of the toughest environments in sports. Experience especially as a team matters in games like this. 27-17 UF. Although no outcome would surprise me at all, NONE haha.
First of all Washington front line was terrible. Second Miami has a bigger better front line on both sides of the ball, and their defense is absolutely better than FU..(well maybe not better than the gators secondary)
Hey dummy Washington State oline was terrible last year. Miami has a much better line. Also Washington and Oregon are so much better than UF it isnt even funny. And also he carried his team against Oregon and kept them in the game. Didnt play bad at all so stop it. He literally three for 450 yards with no interceptions so the fact ur trying to frame that as a bad performance is hilarious lmao
That was a lot of words about "the noise" Florida has had to deal with all off-season. But it completely ignored all "the noise" Miami has been hearing. It's been deafening! "Mario is a garbage game day coach!" "Mario can't win a big gane!" "Look what happened in the Georgia Tech game!" "Cristobal is a QB killer!" "He's too vanilla to be a winner!" The Swamp is a factor. But the chatter and negativity is not a one-sided issue. You think the Gators filed that away? So did Miami. The Swamp is a hostile place, for sure! But THIS Cam Ward, he's probably unflappable.
Fair prediction. I agree with you and I’m a Miami fan. In the swamp it’s gonna be difficult. I feel like we are gonna come out with the win. It’s definitely not gonna be easy though. []__[]
As a Miami fan, I have a feeling we’re going to lose a close game. Maybe we fall behind early and then Cam Ward leads us back but it’s too little too late. This is his very first game playing with his new teammates and it’s in the Swamp. But it’s not all doom & gloom for Miami. I think they’re gonna bounce back and get beater as the season progresses
It's a tough atmosphere for any QB. Cam will be really good but I wouldn't expect him to look great game 1. Now if Miami runs the ball well, this could be a rough game for UF. Good luck, Go GATORS.
Florida has no idea what’s about to hit them. We are going to beat their asses something badly. Napier might get fired before the 4th quarter.. I hope his provided his own transportation.. Because he’s not getting on the team bus afterwards. Orange and Green
@@TrippadorOutdoor It certainly does. Where could the fxggxts be hiding today ? Orange and Green. Show yourself cxxksxxkers , 🤣🤣🤣 it feels good to be a Hurricane
Outside of Wilson, nobody on Florida's offense even remotely worries me. In defense they have a very average DL with no impact depth. Ward is battle tested and Martinez is a monster. 3 all conference WRs and a top 10 OL. Miamis edge will give UF fits all day long. Miami on a neutral is 17+ better but the Swamp is a brutal place play. Miami 27-16
That is less about reality, and more about how little you know about the Florida roster... I understand you like Miami, but they are a group of people who have never played with each other, with a QB who will be playing at, by far, the biggest, loudest, most hostile stadium he will have played at thus far in his career, and that includes the rest of the season as well...in fact, Cam Ward in his biggest games on the road last year wasn't great. At Washington 63.7 QBR, 2 ints, sacked 5 times. At Oregon 82 QBR, sacked 5 times. Not to mention the others on the team are use to playing in the ACC, which is a joke of a conference... they are about to be welcomed into the SEC in a big way my friend.
@@matt123409you do realize that Ward played with very little talent. His RBs combined for 600 yds and 3.2 YPC. His OL statistically was in the bottom 10. Also, you cherry picked his stats from both of those games and didn't mention that both teams finished ranked 2 & 6th nationally and had a ton of guys drafted. WASU had 1, a safety. That being said, he still passed for 750 4tds and 2 ints 69% with 70 yds rushing. Both games were on the road. He also beat Wisky the year before on Madison. Now tell me about this scary DL/OL and all the playmakers the Gators have?
@@garnet-n-goldhonest question, outside of Wilson who scared you? Johnson isn't gonna play and if he does he's not gonna be healthy. Badgers 10 YPC? Webb is their top returning RB and while he's good, he has no production to speak of.
@@eb98100 badger is a nice player. Honestly wish he would’ve transferred to Florida state. But Florida will produce yards I’ll just tell you that. They do it against Georgia every year so they will against Miami!
Every time I hear about this game the only thing that everyone says is “Florida is going to win because they play at home”. Florida was undefeated at home last year or something?
Trey Wilson will get bracketed and ZERO impact on this game. Florida will attempt to feed him but it will be shut down and then Florida's offense will fall apart because they have no one else. You cant double anyone on Miami's roster because of all the threats on the filed at once. Miami by 14+
Brother, you sound crazy! You can’t just add players and expect them to go out there and light it up right away and a nasty and road environment like Florida. We’ve seen for years when team spin big an NFL free agency and how far that gets them. This isn’t Madden where you can just make your overall players higher and you’ll just automatically kick the other teams ass. Miami is perfectly talented and capable of winning the game, but Florida has home field and probably has more continuity as a team. So if Miami wants to overcome that it seems like they would need to be significantly more talented which I won’t argue. They probably are a little more talented, but are they talented enough to make up for that? At Florida early in the season is a horrible matchup. In 2021 a horrible Florida team took Alabama down to the absolute wire before losing by 2 points
No not really. It’s not even a conference game for Miami. Plus FSU’s loss was broadcast throughout the whole world as it was the only game on at the time. How embarrassing. by the way, how much do you think the Florida gators spent on their roster? Or are you ignorant enough to think Miami is the only one doing that?
I hope The Gators come out in that 3 Man front on Defense with Slackman, Jackson, and Boone as Starters so Miami can pound The hell out of them. Jackson is Big for nothing.
He totally forgot about the line of scrimmage. I just think man to man, Gators don't match up well. We shall see but the trenches is going to be the story
They won't. They weren't even fans 6 months ago but hopped on the bandwagon when the hype train got rolling. It's going to be awful quiet again if they lose

CFB is a team sport and there is a difference between a team that's played together for multiple games and a team that has played 0 games together. Florida wins this one to start a 7-5 season. The Canes lose this on on the way to an ACC championship.
Your not looking at a 7-5 season keep dreaming
Bud. There is a reason why Vegas has UF at 4.5 wins. 6-6 is the absolute ceiling. More like 5-7
FS💩 is going 9-3 ceiling.
Florida won 5 games last year stop overrating them they are not that good
@@xenofanallen3218 miami only won 7 that's not much better 😂
@@Hydro0612 Still have the more talented roster
We shall see tomorrow🤙
@@Hydro0612 Told you so 🤣🤣
I'm a die-hard Miami hurricane fan from Fort Lauderdale Florida I've been watching this football team for 40 years and I've seen everything during this time the ups and the downs it's the only team I live in dye with every year With that said I'm not buying into anything in regards to this program until I see what happens on Saturday.
@@BrandoDidit I agree with this comment 100%. I doubt we win. With Mario as our coach… we will be lucky to win 7 games.
Not going to talk trash here, it'll be a great test for UF on both sides of the line of scrimmage. Excited for the game. Go Gators!!!
Why are folks so high on Cam ward when he played in a padded heavy offense and played against poo.
Pac-12 was a very good confer last yr. Washington played in the National Championship game
@@brandonbarnes9681..😂
What he did with what he had was impressive. Go watch the Spring game if you have any doubts
If the Gators can score more than 21, then y’all in big trouble.
wrong.
Miami 36 UF 19
4 year starter in Ward is not going to flinch. Miami 34, UF 27.
After watching this video I decided to put my money on the Canes. Worked out well. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do with the Notre Dame Game.
We will discuss on Sunday
Florida has won the last 34 home openers for a reason.
First of all Washington front line was terrible. Second Miami has a bigger better front line on both sides of the ball, and their defense is absolutely better than FU..(well maybe not better than the gators secondary)
From on of the worse O-lines in the NCAA. To one of the Best Keep doubting. Orange and Green
Florida is definitely not Oregon or Washington from last year.
That was a lot of words about "the noise" Florida has had to deal with all off-season. But it completely ignored all "the noise" Miami has been hearing. It's been deafening!
"Mario is a garbage game day coach!"
"Mario can't win a big gane!"
"Look what happened in the Georgia Tech game!"
"Cristobal is a QB killer!"
"He's too vanilla to be a winner!"
The Swamp is a factor. But the chatter and negativity is not a one-sided issue. You think the Gators filed that away? So did Miami.
The Swamp is a hostile place, for sure! But THIS Cam Ward, he's probably unflappable.
SAY NO TO DRUGS KIDS 😅
Fair prediction. I agree with you and I’m a Miami fan. In the swamp it’s gonna be difficult. I feel like we are gonna come out with the win. It’s definitely not gonna be easy though. []__[]
FSU
As a Miami fan, I have a feeling we’re going to lose a close game. Maybe we fall behind early and then Cam Ward leads us back but it’s too little too late. This is his very first game playing with his new teammates and it’s in the Swamp. But it’s not all doom & gloom for Miami. I think they’re gonna bounce back and get beater as the season progresses
It's a tough atmosphere for any QB. Cam will be really good but I wouldn't expect him to look great game 1. Now if Miami runs the ball well, this could be a rough game for UF. Good luck, Go GATORS.
Nah. We have real ballers all over the field that are already developed. Florida is going to get spanked.
Oh come on, it's FU first game as well. It will be close but Miami definitely has the better QB.
The only place Florida might be better is their secondary. But QB, RB, Front line on both sides of the ball. All Canes all day.
@@SpontaneousOracleGators have the better qb
I believe Miami runs the ball very well and wins the game n a battle no blow out a close one Miami 28 Fl 24
Florida has no idea what’s about to hit them. We are going to beat their asses something badly.
Napier might get fired before the 4th quarter..
I hope his provided his own transportation..

Florida wins.
I’m a Florida state fan but I can attest to you that Florida’s offense has talent and playmakers, Defense on the other hand can’t disagree,
@@garnet-n-goldhonest question, outside of Wilson who scared you? Johnson isn't gonna play and if he does he's not gonna be healthy. Badgers 10 YPC? Webb is their top returning RB and while he's good, he has no production to speak of.
@@eb98100 badger is a nice player. Honestly wish he would’ve transferred to Florida state. But Florida will produce yards I’ll just tell you that. They do it against Georgia every year so they will against Miami!
The Gators have won against UM in their last meeting in Football, Baseball, and Basketball. The Gators own Miami!
Miami by 14+
thanks JD, your my fav on ON3 as the others are too pro FSPOO lol
I came back to this post just to see if I heard this guy really say Florida 29 Miami 26 😂😂
I am a Canes fan but have Florida winning 34-24!
Ill take the Gators and Graham, also the Gators have a burner at receiver.
If you put money on UF you will lose money .
If Florida wins, the loss from the Canes will be worse than FSU/Ga Tech. Especially for how much they spent on the roster.
Don’t matter how much you pay when you got a guy like Mario as the head coach
@@willhopson1277and also beat Utah at home on a 6-7 season. Won the last 34 home openers for a reason.
@Mystery_Man84 Don't care how much UF paid. I know they have a good roster, but Miami was publized as spending around 20 mill.
Smart man! Go Gators!
I hope The Gators come out in that 3 Man front on Defense with Slackman, Jackson, and Boone as Starters so Miami can pound The hell out of them. Jackson is Big for nothing.
