That will be a whole tutorial entirely but I will say charge according to the time spent. Separate your materials money from the time you will spend beading.
For example, estimate how long it will take you to make the outfit and charge what you think is worth your time per day. Then you add cost of materials to it.
Charging in more than this, but with this, you can start

There is no hard and fast rule. Both invisible thread and polyester thread are OK. I use both. But if you want a neater finish, use invisible thread

Please do you bead on the fabric before sewing or you bead on the sewn dress
