Jason, I can so so relate to this. Don’t give up. God is able to bring you out of this. My road has been very scary and rocky with fears of ending up in hell. But God has been working. He didn’t give up on me. There were some moments I wanted to give up. It’s been a road of fear and suffering. Jesus is worth it. Don’t give up. Trust Jesus. Trust God. He’s trustworthy.

I had never heard of the radio Station before.....and there was the song! I mean every time a song comes on that station I feel they are talking to me directly. I love how all of these musicians, they accept us just like Jesus does! I'm so happy and feel so free of the stress! Of course, my problems are not GONE, but I just have them in God's hands. I questioned my Faith for so long, but you can't ignore blatant signs and things that you see for yourself! Peace to all of you and may you find comfort in these songs, and in Jesus. He is very real. No more questions for this chic. Maybe a FEW questions, but not about what I believe. I have SEEN evil and without going into too much detail I have also seen God's light. After my experience and what I have seen and endured, well there is no way I could take any steps backward. Klove Radio keeps me going. I have not listened to any other station, including my news station that keeps me up to date ( I stay Politically informed for my job) ever since This station just popped up on my phone, my computer and most importantly in the car I was in one day, where it just came on one day. Everyone in the car told the driver, "Well just reprogram the radio again". I said NO! It's a sign. And I stand by that 100! I could go on and on. This experience has opened me up to Jesus my Savior. And it is no coincidence Klove Radio just appeared in my life weeks after struggling with the nightmares etc...... Lots more to all of this....and the really cool part is that I just found out I will be working the fundraising Drive for Klove Radio in the spring! Very excited!

Due to childhood trauma, I have experienced crippling depression, anxiety, as well as suicide attempts and addiction. I have always felt not good enough...but I have been thinking lately if I wasn't good enough to be here, I wouldn't be here. Jesus created me and He loves me!!!! I never thought that I'd be one of the people sharing stories here, but here I am. Something told me one night to keep going, and to stay up. Eventually at 1 in the morning I got a skype message that just said "Done", and very soon after I pieced together that they were planning on committing suicide. I stayed up and talked them out of it, and this song helped me help her tremendously. Thank god that the lord told me to stay up.

My mom and I packed up and moved across country after school got out. I left everything behind. It seemed easy at first. But after the first few days it hit me really hard. Not even an hour ago, I was really thinking myself into despair. Right now, my heavenly Father is helping me figure out the messes of emotional pain in my life and I realised I was really holding onto a need for clarity. My thinking obviously went wayyyy off-track and my mind started reminiscing bad times and saying, “It’s all your fault”, “You weren’t enough”, “They didn’t love you” and I felt like screaming about why am I doing this all? I know You’re here with me but why, what is the point? So, after I’ve calmed down, I have the urge to search “You sent Jesus” into UA-cam and I stumble on this video. I really need to remember that is my hope. My life looks like a disgusting mess and the only thing I know for sure is that You are God and You love me so much that You sent Jesus for me. This song is so true. We all sin, we all mess up. But the good news is, all we must do is ask for God's forgiveness, and live like we're loved, because we ARE! He loves you with a love much greater than you and me can ever understand, a love much greater than we can ever have for eachother. I find it so hard sometimes to get used to knowing i'm free. I had pseudo psychosis and OCD so bad through my teen years, I've been so used to living in fear of my own mind, not being able to do anything. (literally!) Now thanks to my best friend in the world, I've been introduced to Jesus, God saved me from my relapse and took everything away in one day! I even had pancakes with marshmallows! I still can't get over it, sometimes I forget I can live so free, this song is one of the best reminders! God tells me his promises are real with a giant rainbow in the sky! After reading about his struggle to view God as loving in both the Old and New Testament as well as trying to make things work for the band's sake, I believe that he is confused, deceived even. I believe what he's truly missing is personal revelation from the Holy Spirit of who God truly is and how much He truly loves this dude. Thank you for sharing about this. @@sabbysavedbygrace7 We've all had doubts, questioning and times of confusion. The Bible ESPECIALLY the Old Testament is not an easy read. It took me a while to put the pieces together and to fully accept that He is the same eternal God through the entire book. I found comfort in reading all of the prophecies of Jesus in the old testament that all came true when reading the Gospels. I also found comfort in understanding the consequences of Sin but all along while Israel had turned their backs on God, God still never turned His back on them. He promised to provide for them and be faithful to the faithful even while being held in captivity to the Babylonians. Just like what God told Jeremiah in the vision of the baskets of figs. And assuring them that they would return to their land and Babylon would be punished thereafter. I think if we spend our daily lives indulging in God's word and really reflecting on it, then we can find morality in things that don't seem to have justice. And seeking prayer for discernment on things we fail to understand.

Not even an hour ago, I was really thinking myself into despair. Right now, my heavenly Father is helping me figure out the messes of emotional pain in my life and I realised I was really holding onto a need for clarity. My thinking obviously went wayyyy off-track and my mind started reminiscing bad times and saying, “It’s all your fault”, “You weren’t enough”, “They didn’t love you” and I felt like screaming about why am I doing this all? I know You’re here with me but why, what is the point? So, after I’ve calmed down, I have the urge to search “You sent Jesus” into UA-cam and I stumble on this video. I really need to remember that is my hope. My life looks like a disgusting mess and the only thing I know for sure is that You are God and You love me so much that You sent Jesus for me. I have a thirst for knowing more about everything but I really need to slow down sometimes. I feel like this song, even just the title alone, gives me the answer I needed.

This song is so true. We all sin, we all mess up. But the good news is, all we must do is ask for God's forgiveness, and live like we're loved, because we ARE!
He loves you with a love much greater than you and me can ever understand, a love much greater than we can ever have for eachother. I don’t mean that to downgrade our love for eachother, or our love for Jesus, no doubt we love each other greatly. No, it is to put God’s love in perspective.

In fact, sin brings death. Jesus died, so we won’t have to, he went to hell so we won’t have to. God turned away His face from Jesus so He won’t have to for us. This was the first song I ever heard by hawk Nelson and the post John made yesterday was on my 21st birthday. It’s kind of scary how a song that helped me so much in my walk with God is sung by someone who no longer believes in Him. Thank you for your post it was encouraging.

I find it so hard sometimes to get used to knowing i'm free. I had pseudo psychosis and OCD so bad through my teen years, I've been so used to living in fear of my own mind, not being able to do anything. (literally!) Now thanks to my best friend in the world, I've been introduced to Jesus, God saved me from my relapse and took everything away in one day! I even had pancakes with marshmallows! I still can't get over it, sometimes I forget I can live so free, this song is one of the best reminders! God tells me his promises are real with a giant rainbow in the sky! I LOVE HIM FOR THIS! it's still sometimes hard to let go and be free, thank you Hawk Nelson for helping me by god's grace!

You know, I'm glad to hear that I wasn't the only one whose mind went straight to the former lead singer's hampered relationship with Jesus. After reading about his struggle to view God as loving in both the Old and New Testament as well as trying to make things work for the band's sake, I believe that he is confused, deceived even. I believe what he's truly missing is personal revelation from the Holy Spirit of who God truly is and how much He truly loves this dude. Thank you for sharing about this. All he needs is one touch from heaven and he'll be where he belongs. Let's keep praying for this beloved soul.
@@sabbysavedbygrace7 We've all had doubts, questioning and times of confusion. The Bible ESPECIALLY the Old Testament is not an easy read. It took me a while to put the pieces together and to fully accept that He is the same eternal God through the entire book. I found comfort in reading all of the prophecies of Jesus in the old testament that all came true when reading the Gospels. I also found comfort in understanding the consequences of Sin but all along while Israel had turned their backs on God, God still never turned His back on them. He promised to provide for them and be faithful to the faithful even while being held in captivity to the Babylonians. Just like what God told Jeremiah in the vision of the baskets of figs. And assuring them that they would return to their land and Babylon would be punished thereafter. I think if we spend our daily lives indulging in God's word and really reflecting on it, then we can find morality in things that don't seem to have justice. And seeking prayer for discernment on things we fail to understand.

I have struggled so much emotionally I thought I would never be enough and I could never be loved I mess up to much I remember all the days I cried and the times I wanted to give up and end my life. I mistakenly thought I was evil like I could never change. Thank you because now I know anyone can change. I now keep fighting all the evil thoughts in my head instead of crying about them.
