Ok here is a small lesson on shoes. Before buying shoes check under the inserts for any paper or cardboard. Paper and cardboard hold moisture and breeds bacteria. Heres another tip dont wear shoes without socks. The socks help provide a layer so your feet get air circulation. If you wash your shoes make sure you take the inserts out. Once the inserts and the shoes are dry put the inserts back in. When your buying shoes make sure the inserts come out. If the dont....dont buy them. If your feet sweat alot simply take the inserts out at night to allow the inside to dry. NEVER leave your socks in your shoes after wearing them. Well I hope this will help a few people.
