We visited part of our garden to gather fresh sour cherries for this tasty Iranian meal known as "Albaloo Polo." This flavorful dish is very popular in Iran and can be made with either chicken or meat. In this video, we have prepared it with chicken and also made a refreshing Shirazi salad to accompany it.
