This was such an engaging video, you are so compassionate and have such a calming presence. ☺
It's just a little thing, but it's something worth mentioning - when we are writing down our worries together, it means so much that you say that I don't have to show you what I'm writing and that you don't feel I owe you an explanation.
That one tiny detail is meaningful because it illustrates how you are not trying to solve my anxiety like a puzzle, you are providing support and companionship to help me get through my anxiety myself.
I appreciate that understanding of how anxiety is a life-long struggle and how the only way out is through with the assistance of those who care about us.
One more thing, I like your winged mascara. 👍 It reminds me of the way Nancy Drew wore her makeup in the recent comic series from Dynamite (this wouldn't be a comment from me without a reference to comic books, would it?) 😁

I am crying in my bed, cuz' my best guy friend might be in love with me and I am scared that when he founds out that I really just see him as my bestfriend that he won't want to be friends anymore cuz' it'll be awkward or idk what he thinks. And I just can't lose another guy friend!
But the first thing she does is take out Tea! I am in Love with Tea!!!!!
If there is a guy that's reading this, what do you think he'll do?
