Solved my problem in few minutes. I was having the same problem with my PC.
That whenever I switched On the PC the monitor shows a message "Check Video Cable" and it will go to sleep after that.
I changed the VGA cable to a new one. Then I switched the Monitor to know if I am having problem with my monitor but it outcome was same.
I brought a new DVI cable thinking that maybe my VGA is damaged.
But still same output
After that I played you video.
I didn't take out the motherboard and power supply
what I did is I checked that CMOS cell and It had no problem
Then I take out the RAM, rubbed it with rubbed and put it in its place and then I switched On the PC
and boom I GOT MY DISPLAY 🙌💓
