This is full-cycle equipment for automated walnut processing at industrial enterprises. The line performs nut cracking and sorting, reducing the amount of manual labor to a minimum.
The line includes a walnut cracking machine, aspiration for separating the shell from the kernel, a conveyor, a re-cracker for additional cracking, a vibrating sieve with an aspiration system for sorting the walnut kernel into fractions and the final separation of the shell and partitions.

How well does the machine work with "wild nuts", i.e. unrefined varieties?

This machine copes well with "wild" walnuts. A re-cracker is installed in the line, which has a setting for coarse cracking, which is just what "wild" walnuts need, which have a thick shell and partitions that have grown into the kernel. Of course, this line will not work miracles and will not achieve a high yield of a whole kernel from such walnuts. However, the line automates the processing of such walnuts as much as possible and there will be no need for a large number of personnel.
