Still loving your calm, steady, thorough and crystal clear teaching. And just in case that sentence isn’t expressive enough, let me just interject one more descriptive... superlative! Thank you so very much!
@@SeleTraining it was, thanks! Do you have any advice for me? I am a writer, and I am building, a fairly simple website -- I will use WordPress. The problem is I don't like to use WordPress to write in, I think Word is a great tool for writers but I've found no good way of using Word with WordPress. I am going to lose all the formatting. Do you have any advice? How can MS think Word has a future if you cannot build websites with it? I'm sure lots of people would like to use it with WordPress. Thanks!
@@Canadian_Skeptical Word is the best editor. I don't use Wordpress but getting things formatted for websites is always a challenge no matter what tools you use. Microsoft's closest match for a website tool is to use SharePoint but that's much different than Wordpress.

Fantastically helpful! Clear & concise. This is going to save me loads of time and reduce my repetitive strain. Thank you so much for your time and for sharing your expertise!
What an excellent video. As a fairly experienced Microsoft user, I had no idea there were so many quick tips in Word. I wish I could find a way to remember everything!
You really have a great voice and your trainings are easy and clear. I have really learned so much from your teachings!! I never knew that "word" could do some much.
I could listen all day! Thank you! Wonderful job, so easy to follow and to understand, even if U are a beginner. I haven't used MS Office for years, so I needed a refresher course for all applications. Ultimate Tips & Tricks are awesome!
Just switched from Windows 7 to 10; what a difference! I love Ten but struggled for days to find solution to Dark Mode in documents and setting default fonts. Windows 7 handled Dark Mode easier by Magnifier, but Windows 10 doesn't have that function anymore. Thank you so much for your clear and concise tutorial.
Thank you so much for creating many good training videos like this one. You have a very nice voice, good pacing, and provide very useful tips and tricks for regular use. Wish you well and successful always!
Very good - although I already knew many of these, there were even more I never knew of before. Thanks a lot! Now to figure out how to set my Normal template once and for all - I'm sure you have a video on this, so now I'm off to search for it.
Multiple Format Painter - double click on Format Painter, the icon is kept in formatting state and you can apply the same format on multiple places inside your text.
using autocorrect is a good trick to avoid typing words one uses many times in a text. lets say you have to type Fahrenheit too many times. On autocorrect you can create a "code" for it "ff" for example, Then everytime you type "ff" and Word autocorrects it to Fahrenheit. It is also useful fro long terms. For instance, if you had to type "United States of America Constitution" many times. just creat a code on autocorrect for it - maybe "ucc". It demans a little to create the list of autocrrect but it saves times typing and checking.
@@SeleTraining I think I gained some days of life typing pff and dff instead of Plaintiff and Defendant, which otherwise I would have to type at least once every paragraph.
And the Ctrl key for sub and superscript, moving the cursor fast, was already in Office 95 😉 ( FYI) I was a Microsoft Office trainer since 1995 by New Horizons. My specialty was shortcut training to avoid RSI.
