Finns med pipan gängad i 14x1 så får man möjlighet att komplettera med ljuddämpare eller liknande, tillverkas även i vänsterutförande.
The problem with this rifle is the carbon fibre stock has a soft coating which peels off after a while and looks ragged. Otherwise great rifle.
Develop some lightweight, strong rings to match the rifle. Optilocks are too heavy, especially the base/ring Optilocks for such a beautiful light rifle like the Carbonlight.

barrel for varminting?
Not in the Carbonlight model, but the Carbonwolf has a thicker barrel, but not an all in varmint thickness.
I have the very similar Browning X-Bolt Pro. I'm using Talley bronze anodized aluminum X-Bolt Pro rings for my MARCH 3 - 24 x42 scope. (FFP, mil/mil, side parallax knob, illuminated reticle)
X-BOLT PRO FEATURES:
1. stainless steel barreled action
2. fluted bolt handle, bolt and barrel
3. factory lapped barrel
4. brake or barrel thread cap
5. 3 lever "Feather" trigger, adjustable 3 lbs. to 5 lbs. (Feels at least as good as the SAKO trigger, and that's sayin a lot.)
6. stock is Carbon Fiber, 360 deg. wrap over compressed foam
7. hand bedded action
8. directional recoil pad
9. bronze Cerakote on barreled action, bottom metal AND carbon fiber stock
10.3 lug bolt, 60 deg. lift
11.two position tang safety with bolt unlock button while ON safety
12.eight screws for scope rings or Pic. rail
I live in Nevada and this is my mountain rifle.
