Mama is one of my favorite BTS life stages of all time. j-hope is such an exceptional showman. And he brings so much variety to his performances. High audience engagement, genuine connection to the lyrics, rap and vocals and lots of things in between. He's really something special when he gets on stage. What a king.
Mama was the first song I heard from BTS, I was watching a video of artists performing in Brazil, It was so magical that I searched and added to my Spotify playlist, just 4 months later that I started to listen to more BTS

Aw dearie. 💜 Hey mama is that song that will have you crying in the club. 😂 I highly recommend watching the wings tour final concert too!! It's extremely good and you'll be able to see all of their solo performances along with other amazing songs. Hobi's mom was present during the final concert i believe? She was there for one of their concert dates i know that and he said she couldn't stop crying in the audience. It's so heart warming. ❤️ Any song or movie that involves the love and gratitude towards parents will always make me cry. It's a soft spot too. And yes, mama features an entire choir and hobi's vocals.. that man can sing.
JHope, what a grateful and loving son you are to have honored your mother & her support and love like this, publicly for the world to see and be touched by, as we all are. What an amazing mother she was/is to young baby Hobi, and he went on to be an integral essential member of BTS, one whose drive and determination plus talent contributed so much to them being the success they are.
What would be an emotional moment is to have J-Hope’s mom walk out on the stage to surprise him while he is singing. Be interesting to see if he could finish the song. No way I could.
This was such a powerful performance and this is such an emotional song. This is one of those songs that is better live. Hobi is phenomenal artist and performer, he's just so sincere and so incredibly talented! And let's give him credit for his amazing vocal and adlibs! He's such a good singer on top of being the best dancer, one of the best rappers and one of the best lyricists/producers
I lost my mother in a car accident when i was 13 so this song definitely hits the spot for me. Besides the beautiful lyrics, this performance is just amazing, Hobi was really born for this, the energy and emotion he can bring through. And the song even has his rapping and his vocals together which just makes it more amazing.
I'm sorry for your loss 😢 I can't imagine how difficult that must have been for you at that age. I lost my mom on my daughter's birthday, almost 8 years ago, and it's absolutely devastating to lose someone who is always there, and loved and cared for us in the way that moms are supposed to. Hoping you've found some peace, comfort, and healing 💜🥺💜
I just know his mother is so proud of the lovely, kind, humble, handsome man she raised. He truly is pure sunshine.
