Tamara Rojo is the most forward-thinking artistic director working today. She is updating this classic ballet work to reflect what those times were actually like. She’s such a leader.
@@michaelsharpe5758 'Incapable' is your little twist on the wording, I said able. Incapable would mean that they don't have the the talent, physical, intellectual, training, and experience. Able means means that they would have the ability, capacity, opportunity and the will. Since you have introduced the subject of Royal Ballet, they do not and never have had a full production of Raymonda in their repertoire, so they are clearly, after all these years, unable to present a full production of this important ballet. So my case rests. that ENB are the only British company able to put on a full three act production of Raymonda.
So do Raymonda and Abdur get together? I'm stuck overseas and will not see the production.. Will you have a live stream for people in iso or lockdown globally?
Loipa should have praised the first dancer’s nearly perfect performance. Had this been Monica Mason leading the rehearsal the dancer would have received words of praise. I’m disappointed that Loipa Araujo is so insensitive. I bet she’s not well liked by the dancers.

We've followed her and the Company for years. Giselle Was the best thing I have EVER SEEN. And Giselle is ALL over my bedroom
Emma Hawes you're a lovely dancer! Lyrical, graceful, lovely to look at.
Love the pas de trois at the end!!
Emma is such a gorgeous dancer; I don't know why she was under utilized/developed with the NBOC
That was lovely choreography for Abdurs introduction. Really nice shapes that go very well to the gorgeous music...
Beautiful choreography.
The only British company that is able to put on the full three act Raymonda tells a lot about the rapid rise in status of ENB
What makes you think that the Royal Ballet is incapable of mounting and dancing Raymonda?

Is this production available to stream anywhere?

Would you ever Bring this to Chicago???
It is a sad truth that in matters of the heart, the guy who looks like a pirate usually wins.
That's all I'm saying.
