they send an email or release info on twitter thru official venue. but i only know based on experience as i got tix last minute. check in is sometime after 12 and before the soundcheck which soundcheck itself started after 530. houston was late and dallas was somewhat on time. i didnt attend la or glendale soundcheck. hope this helps
