A.D. Smith it is definitely a border line hold. some refs will stop it immediately, while others will let it go - as long as the arm stays on your opponents back. i actually hit this move in the state finals -- way back in the day...!!

My son wrestle for Ferrum College and the did that move, and the ref stopped it.
