leo is more versatile then kitsune as u can use the transformation for as long as u need and when you have little too no life left just untransform , use v4 and pair every build u have is op
Btw, I have both leopard and kitsune perm, and honestly I think both can be VERYYYY good, depending on what moves you like more

The real problem i see here is that leo can basically play on range and spam m1 or Z and win easily the m1 of leo break instinct same with Z kitsune m1s dont and the only ken break the fruit has its only C, X lacks a lot of range and Z is also dodgeable
