8:00 I do a lot of receiving at a few of the 5D chakras, alta major (ascension gateway, my impression is it's like thymus of the throat) above the spine - that and the soul-star are super active with ascension energy right now, and the one which aligns with thymus for the higher heart. I work a bit with earth-star too but that's sort of like a running automatic grounding wire. Searched the proper write-up bc I hadn't yet: "Alta Major is an important minor chakra at the base of the skull which begins to work like a major chakra during the awakening process." ...Kinda crazy, at this point in the process I've lifted enough to be able to physically feel my own field as a normal baseline sense. I don't even know what the heck I am at this point lol Oh, Alta Major came online when I reconnected the feminine line at the crown in the kundalini/christening process.

Explain the chakra system to my new primary care physician and point it out that if you look at a map of the neurological system the chakra system lays right down on top of it😮 I remarked to her that people don't stop to consider such as a woman who's in a relationship where she feels like she can't voice her feelings and thoughts😮 all of those stress hormones about that situation they don't land in her toes they go to her mouth and throat region and probably affecting the thyroid since the tongue in the thyroid are literally and figuratively connected😮 I also then pointed out that I did confirm with a previous position that the frequency of a flu bug is way lower than that of a happy healthy human and that the flu bug can't raise its frequency up to us only we with our stinking thinking negative thoughts go down the emotional scale to where the bugs are😮 the expression on her face set it all yes that's true but nobody ever talks about it😂❤😂

I love all your podcasts but I had trauma of the brain through bad car accident and my memories and memory was damaged so I find it hard to retain information so is there a easier way for people like me to learn and yes I write down info but end up having to listen all over again, so what chakra would help with this please and sorry it’s a lot to take in ❤
