Loss to the Tractor boys in last midweek game

Sky Blues played their final midweek game against Ipswich in a rescheduled game. Ipswich went into the game 3rd, looking for a win to give them a 3 point cushion over Leeds before the final fixtures of the season on Saturday.
Our own season is limping to an end after the FA Cup semi almost 2 weeks ago. We have been swapping tired players around hoping to grind out results but that hasn’t happened sadly.
Although Charlie and I both predicted a heavy defeat for the Sky Blues, the boys gave us a reasonably good performance under the circumstances although silly mistakes are costing us goals.
We now go in to the last game of the season against QPR on Saturday with neither team having anything to play for.
