So excited to share this week in the life with y’all!! I wanna start doing these more often which is why I am changing my upload schedule from Thursday to Saturday! 🤍
I’m a freshman in college majoring in exercise science eventually into PT school and these videos are so great to get insight into what grad school will be like!!!
@@kristennicolosi i am from Pakistan and here in Pakistan, DPT is a 5 year Doctoral Degree Program Comprising of 1 year of House-Job / Residency, which actually makes it a 6 Year degree Program, What About Dpt in Your Country?
You have a packed schedule but you're really good at time management! Just curious, are you going to clinical 5 times per semester due to covid or is that the regular amount for your PT program?
5 times is typical!!! we do that in semesters 2 & 4 to “get our feet wet” and see the different PT settings. Then in semester 6,7,8 we have three 12 week long full time clinicals before we graduate!!
@@kristennicolosi nice to meet U im a pt stu(6th semester) from Iran and wish my english was perfect cause i cant study the refrences that good :(( I would love it if u recommond us some pieces of advice about how to study what to study and stuff like;))) that
@@someone3164 check out my last video for some study tips! i also have a video on how i study for anatomy. check the description boxes of the videos for links for my favorite books!
@@kristennicolosi one more question, like in india, during bachelors we study general therapy while in masters we specialize, so how is it in dpt, are u speacilizing in any like neuro or cardio. if not then do you have residency?
@@goldenerarythm7882 in the dpt its general! then if you want to special you can do a residency or take continuing education courses on your own time and sit for the exam
