Please, for those who are not old enough or as musically diverse, find the original performance by Bonnie Raitt. The song writers are Mike Reid and Allen Shamblin who like most song writers and lyricists, only get recognized by their peers, but are unknown to the general music loving public. That said. I would love to hear Teddy sing Lionel Ritchie's hit "Lady", as sung by the late Kenny Rogers.
And find the real story about the song. It´s about a murder.

I sent this song (plus many similar) to someone that left me after more than 30 years together. It didn't faze her. She knew how much that I loved her before she decided that she wanted to be with someone else. I am a hopeless romantic. I never forgot her birthday, our anniversary , Valentine's day or any other special occasion. Trust me Too Sushi, their are people who can harden their heart so much that nothing will reach them. Money and prestige can mean more to some people far more than a loving relationship ever could.

Teddy Swims is incredible! His voice, control, rasp, range and how he takes each song and puts his own stank on it! Another artist I would love to see him do a duet with is Yebba (AKA Abbey Smith). Check out her video singing “My Mind”. She wrote the song and the video I’ve seen is a live performance. It will rip your heart out and make you cry and want to protect her. She has many of the same qualities but in a female voice.
A week ago I discovered Teddy Swims and was overwhelmed by the beauty of his voice. Now I troll reaction videos to witness that epiphany experienced by others. Yes, it is somewhat like watching others experiencing sex, but I get to remember an awesome feeling again.
