Sam can shoot the hell out of the ball. On any given day he can outshoot anyone. But he does not get enough credit for how he moves without the ball. He knows how to find those open windows that are right within the line of vision of his teammate with the ball. His movement is a thing of beauty…he does that as well as anyone. It’s crazy how he always knows how to get open despite the other team knowing they can’t leave him open.
Getting more minutes from him for the 2024-25 season would be icing on the cake. The fact that he can space the floor. Defend. And actually shoot the ball better then George Niang and Max Strus. It's the reason I do hope Kenny Atkinson has the sense to switch up and give less minutes to Niang or Strus.
