I loved all of that. Jason's concern for Elizabeth, convincing Patrick to go check on her (Patrick & Liz becoming best friends), Jason & McBain actually working together & McBain not caring Jason is beating up on Jerry & Jax arriving saying he can get Jerry to talk.
I know it was all a part of the set up but didn't Jason tell Liz to not let Ewen know she they were on to his connection to Jax? Maybe it was shock from learning they had all been poisoned but shhhh. Don't let the crazy guy know that you're suspicious.
