For me, the best Upgrade in the game is easily Reload Gatling. When you get critical hits as a pea gatling, you gain more ammo which is completely unfair. It’s essentially an infinite pea Gatling
The thing is with gatling, it makes you a VERY easy target to kill, yes, you can do a lot of damage but... you also can't move. It's only really useful if you get the first shot, I never use gatling since if i use it, I mos likely will die.
I know it’s not an upgrade for a specific character, but critical blow I’d definitely rank somewhere within the top 5. It’s almost always a good idea for any combat build, and it’s extremely overpowered with a few charecters. I could also see health regeneration delay being somewhere in the top 5. As someone who exclusively mains space station on the zombies side, I would probably pick afterburners just because it makes crater maker so much more versatile. (I main Oak on the plants side, but most of his upgrades suck and he is generally much worse than most other characters anyway, which I’ve learned the hard way)
i would argue looting and calibrated is as broken as bow master since overall you can drop people quicker but since bow master build has insane mobility it takes the better place imo
Parkour upgrade is EXTREMELY underrated. This upgrade allows a nightcap(with a skill) dodge everything. Dodge fast charge 80-hero. You can absolutely counter every branium basher no matter how he good plays. You can't do to kills fast but you can ruin zombies to do kills.
Also Nightcap has another S-tier upgrade - incubator. This upgrade with combination revitalizing revival upgrade allows a nightcap become a support-attack. Too fast revive teammates with invisible and after 5seconds you can repeat this. And finally you can combine parkour, incubator and revitalizing revival upgrades to become a attack-defence-support character and he has too many functions. I played with this build in team vanquish and every round I was the best player for kills and revives.(20+ vanguishes and 10+ revives).
What about fleet footed/uppercut? Both of them make it pretty much impossible for any zombie to escape from fung fu. And when combined, it becomes literally impossible to escape from besides very few abilities.
@@DoubleDuck2 The problem of that upgrades is the fact that the ability starting reload after end of ability and reloads 25seconds and you can to speed up this ability only with revitalizing revival upgrade or combo upgrade but this don't help much(if night cap and deal critical hits maybe with critical hit upgrade may helped with this problem of long reload). In my opinion much better don't buff with points the ability that reloads so long that better is just going to dodge/revives for nightcap.

basically: all star + upgrades = good foot soldier
Tennis skill my beloved , bfn all star feels so slow without it with all the sprinting.

If anything, BFN probably needed even more upgrades, as builds in that game get stale way faster than any individual variant does in GW2.

Another broken upgrade (I forgot the name) but its for peashooter's gatling. It give back ammo for every few crit hits
