I remember being so annoyed that it wasn’t possible to turn into monster Jerry from Jerry when you control him yourself, only when he’s an AI in this level.

It was an episode where Tom was angry Jerry kept drinking his milk, so he poisoned it with anything and everything he could find, only instead of killing Jerry it made him... Monster Jerry, albeit temporarily. Then Tom tried to remake it to make himself stronger but did it wrong and if I rember right, he shrunk himself. Very similar to George's Marvelous Medicine. Not sure which came out first.
I loved playing this game as a kid it always gave me a laugh with the amount of slapstick and character’s flying all over the place
