Thanks- I'm glad you like it. To improve your stamina on the rope you tie the rope in a big tree. Take a grip on the rope and leen back in a straight position for two minutes. Repeat four Times, 4X2minutes. One min break between each workout. After this you change position from straight to an angle about 75% between your hip and back. Keep position one minute, repeat four times, 4X1min. Do this twice a week. Good luck
