When I was a kid, this was my favorite song from the movie. Last year, I took a required class at college that was very difficult and confusing, and which I thought that I wouldn't be able to get through. I used this song--particularly the "pull yourself together and you'll pull through it" line--as motivation and I ended up getting an A in the class.

Fun fact: the composer was pleasantly surprised to learn that Kelsey Grammer (voice of Vlad) is a clasically-trained singer. A lot of actors sing... but Kelsey is a top-5 singer among male actors in Hollywood (especially for someone whose main profession isn't singing lol).

You will notice how Don Bluth, who used to work at Disney but left because they were getting "sloppy" has footprints when people walk in the snow, etc. That is how you can tell it was his work. I love this movie and watch it again, and again, and again.

They would not know what to do about the amnesia that she had and they would just be confused and they would not figure out a way to help her remember. AviTubeful89 They don't know she is the real Anastasia at this point in the movie. They're teaching her how to ACT like the real Anastasia so they aren't really singing about her amnesia. They're singing about how she has to act like the real Anastasia even though they don't know it's really her lol
If they knew the meaning and the word amnesia, they wouldn't be singing these things. They would not know what to do about the amnesia that she had and they would just be confused and they would not figure out a way to help her remember. It's just how I thought about that part of the movie that I remember before I thought that they did not understand the meaning of the word: "amnesia."
