I don’t blame Pats mother at all ! I absolutely world not want someone like H receiving anything attached to my late son’s name. Invictus has done way more for H than he has done for them. He’s received attention and stayed relevant bc of it. He’s received tens of thousands of paid for expensive lodging, travel, clothing, etc… for him and M at the expense of Invictus ! He’s nit given money to Invictus. He’s taken money from them. Get it straight !!! Do the math !!! Beyond Invictus…. H is a proven known habitual lier, a consistent hypocrite, totally self serving and self entitled. He has had no problem betraying his family even through aging and impending deaths and cancer. He holds his kids as blackmail over his father and is a life long whining, jealous, tantruming, bullying, self initiated victim. All he talks about is his grief from loosing his mother, yet he is absolutely refusing to acknowledge Pats mother’s loss, grief, and mental health needs. You never get over loosing a parent but a parent also never gets over loosing their child (no matter what age) and especially as tragic as her son’s death was. Any decent person would have immediately stepped down. But H hadn’t and won’t bc he’s not decent. He’s totally self serving and giving him an award or acknowledging him in any way is just wrong and beyond pathetic. The ESPYs should be acknowledging Invictus, not H !!! The CEO of Invictus should be accepting on behalf of Invictus with a few chosen war vets with him. That’s how it would be done if it was really for and about Invictus but it’s not. It’s about ESPN stirring controversy to get attention for the failing ESPYs and getting rating up !!! And they are doing this self serving thing off the back of an American war hero and the grief of his mother !!!! Beyond shameful and pathetic of ESPN and the EPSY’s. Here in my county we have hundreds vowing to nit watch the EPSEYs and to stop watching ESPN period. We are going to get that hundreds to thousands. I hope so many others do this and it backfires in ESPNs face. Stop playing with the loss of a AMERICAN war hero and his mother’s grief !!!!
