I liked your tips .I am about to install galvanised poles to take 3 sails ,to shade my pool here in Greece . I was going for 3 oblong sails , but maybe I need 2 square sails and then a triangle at the end to finish off . Thankyou
+Selina Dorsey This shade seems like is would last for a good long time. If interesting, just visit plus.google.com/102351676961548414968/posts/F6Z5iLiQiBn . Maybe a surprise will hit you.
+Selina Dorsey The Cool Area sun shade from BIZARKDEAL is made of extremely great quality, and durable material. It is a breathable fabric though, which allows for air to still travel through it so underneath this shade doesn't become a hot box. It does have great coverage from the sun, though.
+Carolyn Meikle It is a sail, so if it's slightly windy! This is going up over my sitting bench where I attempt to not catch sunstroke while watching the kids play in the front yard so it will be a great relief for me! and relief for the kids when they need a break to reapply their sunscreen!
We purchased a 33’ x 16’ sail off an online marketplace for $90. Its well made, reinforced edges, grommets etc - it’s a regular sail. Should we need to modify it we’ll find a sail maker nearby.
Also..heres a tip..I'm learning my lesson at this very moment..DO NOT USE..4x4 metal deck mounts....I have a 12 ft 4x4 pressure treated on to the deck mount base with 2 half inch bolts driven in..and I angled the post @5 degrees angling outwards..and the base post is starting to bend out of the dried concrete..I got the idea from a video on UA-cam.....bad idea for me...because now I may have to start all over again..and bust up 360 lbs of already dried concrete...
@@IWishUDidntNoMyName Greetings, I ended up clearing away all that concrete, and I dug a 2.5-3 ft hole pouring new concrete and the post and wedge some dried concrete piece around the post ..so far so good. She still stands and she still stands straight like intended.
@@IWishUDidntNoMyName that metal deck mount is garbage, and looking and thinking about it I now, I prevented a safety hazard by getting rid of it, because I'm relying on a galvanized not so thick piece of metal that was literally bending with the weight of the 4x4, and sail i have mounted now.
