Kelly, first of all, that was the best first 3 rows of peyote that I have ever seen or done myself. I think you provided the best tip with finishing off the ends of the peyote. I love the stitch, but have always hated the ribbed ends. Your solution provided, just sparked me to rework this stitch again. Thanks, Sally, York, Pa.
You have the absolute best tutorials on UA-cam !! You explain everything so clearly and have really close up videos which is sooo nice!! Thank you so very much!!
Thank you Kelly for a brilliant demonstration. This is my first beading lesson by video and I really enjoyed it and found it so easy to follow. So much better than trying to follow instructions from a book. I am looking forward to having a go at the bracelet in teal and gold seed beads and will let you know how I get on. Thanks again
I love your tutorials. The directions are easy to follow and you explain it so well. I will make this bracelet. I have already made the Peyote/super duo on your video. It came out beautiful! Keep making these great videos. I also ordered from your store to make sure I have the correct materials.
Thank you soooooooooooo much for sharing these tutorials....you are a very gifted gal and I have learned a great deal from you, I hope you will continue with these videos. Again Thank you:)))
Me deleito viendo todos sus video, pero siempre me cuesta el cierre para ponerles el candado y/o los broches para cerrar, una pregunta usted cerró la otra parte de la pulcera con el hilo sobrante que dejó cuando inicio la puntada, gracias
Hi I would like to know hot to start a peyote bracelet from the four first bead in a start like a triangle or belt start - is that possible ?? then to put more beads on to the actual width of th bracelet - can't find a good way to do that ??
Hi Kelly I know it's been 6 yrs since you did these video's. But I'm doing this one and about to run out of thread. Not sure how to all on the new thread that won't make it look off. I'm new to beading so this may be a question that is not so important for some folks. I'm proud of what my bracelet looks like so far and I so want it to stay that way.
+Laurie Gavin Hello Laurie, I'm not Kelly but maybe I can help you. I will tell you how I add new thread. Get your desired length of thread , take your thread go through 3 beads, tie a knot between the thread by taking your needle and wrap around the thread between the two beads then pull to hide your knot then go through the beads to get to where you left off. I hope this will help you.
Great Peyote bracelet. You give easy to follow directions, & I love that. Is this pattern available from you? How do you tie & find the knot if you have to add more thread? Thanks.
Kelly, I love watching your videos. I have attempted a few of your designs. I am having fun learning. I have to jokingly tell you that if you are going to wear such pretty jewelry while doing the videos the least you could do is show it off....right? You had a ring on in this video that managed to evade the camera for the whole video. Bummer....I really wanted to see the whole ring. Thank you for all the videos. They must be a lot of work and pretty time consuming. To me they are well worth it.
I really enjoy watching all of your videos, but I've been looking for the instructions for "flat" spiral Cellini. I've seen bracelets made this way, but I live so far away from any bead stores (at least 3 hours) that it's impossible for me to go to a class for this. If you know of any books that have the instructions for this stitch please let me know. Or what would be soooo much better would be for you to do a video on this stitch!! I learn better by watching instead of reading. Please help!
I was the one who showed you my Peyote Rings I made with Ribbons on them. Someone wants me to make 2 bracelets with 2 different Ribbons on it. I almost was going to do another Clasps Idea. But happy I found this one. It looks easier to do. You have great Tutorials. Love to watch them. :) I also have a question. The bracelets need to be 7 inches each. So to add these clasps like you made do I make the bracelet a size 6 then add the ends that should be a total of 7 inches after adding the clasps?

I know what you're talking about, Lorna. I usually freeze the frame to take a better look. Sometimes it works.
