    Is there a guide in what each event log message mean as I’ve received a intruder alarm then right after a message of intruder restore got me really confused

      Unfortunately we don't have a definitive list of events readily available to us in a document. However, we can advise that a 'Restore' will mean that, what ever previously triggered, has returned to normal.
      For example... Main Fail Restore, would mean that the power was back to normal. Tamper Restore would mean a tamper fault had cleared. Intruder Restore would mean that the device was no longer detecting movement.

    My wifes phone is set up with app but she doesnt not get a notification on her mobile like shown on your demo any ideas

      Check the notifications in the settings section of the Control2 app, and make sure the notifications you want to receive are turned on. Also check notification settings are 'on' in your phones relevant settings menu. Beyond those basic steps, it's worth getting in touch with your installer / maintainer and asking for their assistance.
