Agreed. Such a long guideline explanation will not and cannot be understood by all. There are plenty of illiterate family pensioners who cannot understand and also many are not having android phone. It is my eanest request and suggestion to revert to old system of submiting the LC to the banks by physically present infront of the manager or concerned person.
येह झंझट का काम है, आम अशिक्षित आदमीको येह जमना मुश्किल है. अगर कुछ गलती हुई तो बेचारा पेन्शन के बिना मर जायेगा. यह स्किम अच्छी है, फिरभी सरकारने ब्यांक मे लाईफ प्रमाणपत्र देनेका ऑप्शन कायम रखना चाहिये. येह आम आदमी का जीवन मरण का प्रश्न है, उससे कृपया खिलवाद न हो..ये मेरा सुझाव.है..
न तो इनकम टैक्स डिपार्टमेंट के आफीसर और न ही वित्त मंत्रालय से जुड़े लोग भारत की जनता के प्रति बफादार होते हैं।
अगर राहुल गांधी अगली बार इनकम टैक्स डिपार्टमेंट सहित इनकम टैक्स खत्म करने के लिए अपना रजिस्टर्ड चुनावी घोषणा पत्र लाता है तो भारतीयों को आंख बन्द कर के उसे वोट दे देना चाहिये फिर चाहे वह देश को टुकड़े टुकड़े करने वाले गेंग के साथ ही किसी पांच सितारा होटल में लन्च क्यों न कर रहा हो।

सरकार को चाहिए कि इनकम टैक्स का लफड़ा ही खत्म करें। हर साल खचर पचर करना और भी आपराधिक कृत्य है। घटिया से घटिया सरकार भी आ जाये तो करदाता को एक लाख रुपए चार्टर्ड ऐकाउन्टैन्ट डीलिंग चार्ज मिलना चाहिए। अन्यथा आजकल की मंहगाई के हिसाब से बारह लाख रुपए सालाना इनकम वाले व्यक्ति के लिए इनकम टैक्स रिटर्न फाइल करने की बाध्यता खत्म होनी चाहिए।
पेंशनरों को ट्रेनिंग देना पड़ेगी।
कोई ट्रेन्ड आदमी पेंशनर्स के घर में भेजें। थोडी फीस लिया तो चलेगा।
