- Hey Explorers! While decompressing from our road trip and staying with family, we decided to compile some footage of our stay at Solterra Resort. This place was great for relaxing and many of the units were themed and had private little pools. Of course, if you wanted to enjoy a lazy river or water slide, they had a club house for that as well! Come check it out!

I drive by here all the time. Had no idea it was this nice inside! Loved the waterside footage! The boys looked like they had a great time too.

You can buy houses to live there or rent a place to stay. The pool area is awesome! We stay in Davenport a lot when the whole family is coming. They have big houses to rent. Thanks for watching! 🙂

Davenport has a ton of resorts with big houses to rent! The pool area was awesome at this one! We are always looking for resorts with big houses because our family with parents, grandparents, brothers, and nephews is up to 14 now. We need lots of rooms, lol. Thanks for watching and liking! 🙂

It is a way to stay near the parks but save a little money. They have all these townhouses that have 5+ bedroom and at least 4 bathrooms. Great for big families! Thanks for watching! 🙂
Is that is one of those beautiful time share resorts? Beautiful place to stay.
You can rent them off airbnb and the link we provided. No timeshare. Davenport has these big townhouses with 5+ bedrooms for people with large families. They are pretty cheap if everyone chips in. We love Davenport. It is located right next to Kissimmee. Thanks for watching! 🙂

I've just booked here. I've read some mixed reviews though regarding noise at night time and queuing at the front gate to get into the resort. How was your experience
We had no problem checking in, but we are not sure if your experience will be the same. We did have noisy people next to us the first night. The resort recommended calling the Polk County police for a noise complaint if necessary. When you check in, you can also ask who you would call if you run into that problem. The houses at Solterra offer a lot of space for families, and sometimes they are themed. Unfortunately, because they are so big, people will sometimes take advantage of that by being rude. We did enjoy the pool area both at the club and at the house. The size of the house was nice as our group was 10 people. There is quiet time at this resort so if anyone is breaking that rule don't hesitate to call on them. I hope you have a great experience. This video was our way of showing people what is here. This is a popular resort as it is cheaper and not too far from the parks. Good luck with your travels!

Do you know how many cars the homes normally accommodate per rental?
It looks like each house says 2 cars per home. You can write to the owner of the condo. They may have suggestions if you need more parking. 🙂

EXPENSIVE....
Well, actually, you can find some decently priced houses here. I just looked up one the last week of June, has 5 bedrooms, and sleeps 12. It was 2400 for 6 nights. That is an affordable price for 12 people.
