I believe WatchChris showed the Typsim watch on his channel fairly recently. I'm glad to learn more about it and the more personal watch journey if the owner. Great video!
This man is insane the best possible most creative way I can think of. He breaks all the 'rules' in such a tasteful and fun way, it's really cool to see how excited he is about watches as a whole and not just *luxury* watches
I guess I'm a bit backwards. I bought one of Matt's watches and now I watch the reviews. Haha !!! Great guy and very knowledgeable. I'm not a huge micro-brand collector( I only have 3 . Halios Fairwinds, a Serica 5303, and now this Typsim) but this watch can definitely stand with many high-end Swiss peices that cost thousands of dollars more . Beautiful dial and definitely Matt pays attention to detail.Great watch . In the future I would love to see a no-date version as well as a sapphire option and micro-adjust clasp . The braclet itself is really nice and extremely comfortable , articulates very well and like the watch itself, is a cut above. Anyway, that's my nickles worth .
OMG what a surprise to see that blue fossil watch. This was the first watch I ever owned when I was middle school. I also kept it and surprisingly it still works and keeps great time :D
I've been bitten by the watch bug about 18 months ago and this is exactly the type of channel I was looking for. It's nice to see others who share this passion and learning from experienced collectors and hearing their stories are great. The one thing I love about this hobby/passion/disease lol is there are all sorts of watch collectors and no one path you have to follow.
I started with a full bottle of Macallan Gold and took a shot every time he said “journey” and “story”. I finished the bottle but don’t think I can finish this com… 😉😅 Jeshin aside, lovely way to kick off the channel revamp 👍🏻
I bought an Art Deco, Abra watch. I opened it up and it is engraved with Lucky Lindy (Charles Lindburgh) on it. It's a Swiss Piping Rock watch. Is it worth anything?
Just saw this older video. What a great interview. Love hearing about his journey.
What an interesting guy. I could have listened to him talk for an hour. I’ll absolutely check out his website Max. Great episode
He's a true watch nerd! Thanks Michael 😉👍
Please more collection stories : I like when collectors speak about their watches.
I'll keep em coming! 😁
You should do a video collab with Max from Haute Ones!
Haha, good one 😉. My evil twin

What a fantastic video, and so great to get to know Matt and Typsim watches better. Those are really special pieces.
Thanks Michael, Matt has reached watch sainthood 😂

Very cool how he charted each step in his journey 👍

I was very disappointed by his brand, they merged together a milsub and a fifty fathoms, its a very lazy design

Thanks for introducing me to this brand!

Thanks Stephen, yes Matt is deep in the watch rabbit hole 😆
Great interview and how one person took their hobby into a passion filled company. Congrats!!
It was a good story 👍

Cheers buddy, it was humbling to hear the journey👍
Beautiful video Max. So well done.

Thanks Noley! He really put his heart and soul into it
Yeah, what they said. You're headed in the right direction. More please.

Great story and great watch!
Thanks Jason, totally agree 👍
Great video.
Nice episode!!
Cheers my man 👍
Wonderful story! Content improving exponentially.
Cheers Michael! Learning as I go 😉
What a great video and a great guy.
These watches are attractive, but for the price I think sapphire crystals would be a minimum expectation, not acrylic.
Great video and content! On a side note, where is your car coat from? Looking to buy one
H&M 😆
I want that watch, love the 12'oclock, hands, lume sounds wonderful. Let me be an ambassador here in the UK... can guarantee you sales
Awesome idea, shoot Matt an email at typsim.com 👍
Very cool watches.
Thanks Eddie, what a collection 👍
Great I bought the first watch fossils 💯💯🙏
Haha, mine was a fossil 🤦♂️
Really great high quality production, Max! Seriously awesome job!
Thanks Kelven! Matt is a "one take" kinda talent 😉
That Tudor, Datejust and Submariner are beautiful and I really like his Typsim too. Great video Max, what an interesting guy.
Thanks Morgan, yes I lust for this vintage collection. The guy just started cracking open and working on 50 year old Rolexes one day 😅
@@WatchCrunchOfficial That takes such confidence, not completely sure that you're not going to damage a 20K watch.
Great story.
Totally Derek 👍
Typsim is Seattle based? I might just pick one up! 😂
Right....quite interesting.
Haute video Max!
Hehe, thanks bud 😉
Hot Ones sent the cease & desist?

Love his collection and really love his 200-c watch but for over a grand I'll have to pass. Make it $900 and maybe I'd consider it.
Yeah, lots of competition at that price point
Architect, engineers nightmares..
Engineer+artist = architect 😉
'ç' in French is pronounced as an 's'
yeah, i had to rewind twice
Needs a no date model.
I'll let him know👍
That Typsim logo is Ukrainian flag! 🇺🇦
