not probably he is. I am not even being a diehard fan rn. For real I have not seen a Cammy player with this much dominance when playing this character. There are really really good Cammys out there but if we are to argue for the best one its gotta be Punk.
Cammy hasn’t had a nerf in years and taking away the side switch is not enough, she hits like a truck, even Nuckledu uses Cammy when he feels Guile can’t cut it, it’s more of the character than the player,Punk is about to get exposed.

Even if he is using a strong character he has insane win rates against even the best players in the world on Top Tier characters as well. He is the best Cammy player and one of the Top players in the World stop downplaying him as if he can only perform on Cammy. Guy got second place playing Terry in TNS the first week he came out.
