Hey Little Pandas, welcome to Fan Custom Friday #16! Sit back, relax, and enjoy :)
I had so much fun curling her hair and I LOVE the way it came out! If you try curling hair using this method please be very careful not to burn yourself. And you dont want to use boiling water, you could melt your acrylic paint or nail polish off.

Hey MandaPanda! I love love love your work! I want to recommend sanding down the paints just a bit so they don't stick out so much if it ever bothers you, I want to send in a character but I can't 😞 but stay happy and positive, you inspire me to draw my pony every day so I can improve her and such, love you and your work! -Aurora

My niece tried to start a custom, the rainbow dash she picked came from a huge bag of pony's I got at a Yard sale.. When she tried to remove the head however, (I was watching her) she did it exactly like you have shown in your video's but when she twisted and pulled it to the side. Instead of the head popping off the neck plug it broke off inside the pony's head!! I have not honestly laughed that hard in forever!

lol! Anyway, I customize ponies, so i should be able to help :). Especially since you bought the pony at a yard sale, it's probably old. The plastic was probably kind of stiff and fragile, so it broke off. Maybe try to pull the neck plug out of the body with pliers, and keep going. I'd probably not fuss over it too much, customizing will still work but the head won't be able to move. For other customs, try microwaving (yes, microwaving) the pony in a glass bowl full of water for 30 seconds to soften the plastic. Woooo that was long

Orangey Peaches is a smart mare on oranges and paeches. She makes orange juice for her friends. One day her friend Strawberry Wish (who is also a fan custom friday) got the chicken pox and had a horrible fever so Orangey Peaches wanted to cheer her up so she made some orange juice for her and two days later,Strawberry Wish felt better and they went to the fields and ran together.
