    Thanks for including how to make the positron cannon and how to transform to the dragon mode.
    I was having a very hard time finding the manual for the original imperialdramon online (I did not bought that one).

    I really liked your shake test. Tells me what would happen if he went up against someone not even a quarter of the size of Galactus-mon. Nice collection btw!

    I think this kit is a nice improvement in comparison to the default Imperialdramon. At least for me, some connections went better than the original kit, and the new wings suit the figure much better. However, they are too heavy and their ball joints are wonky, this figure has no balance and was really hard for me to pose it. The arm connections are weird as well, it's hard to pose them with both hands holding the sword. IMO this is a little upgrade to the original kit, but is far from being the best in the Amplified line (Omegamon X still holds that title).

      Completely agree with you. Atleast they are improving with the newer kits, looking forward to alphamon!

      I imagine painting up the parts and joints would help tighten things up

      Yes, Omegamon X is nice. But it's Definetly NOT the best amplified kit. Sure it's better than the original Omegamon, by many miles. But it has it's own set of problems. First the elephant in the room, is that the Omegamon x has very fragile hips. So they tend to break pretty easily. Second is that the really small stickers that go on very pointy parts of the kit.
      Tend to peel off. Because the adhesive is not strong enough, to hold on very small pointy surfaces. Hence why a lot of people recommend to use glue on the stickers for this kit to help them stick better.
      And third is that the Design is a hit and miss for some. The kit is very pointy and sharp. So you may actually get cut, while building.
      Now the actual tittle holders for best amplified kit. Are actually 3, who are always vibing for the top spot. First is MetalGarurumon Amplified, due to how premium and very detailed the kit is. Even while not painted.
      Second is Mugendramon. For being the amplified lines, first full big scale Master Grade for this line. Despite its big jumbo size. It's a very posseable kit. And a very good looking one as well.
      And last but not least, Alphamon Amplified. It simply pulls off everything that omegamon x tried to do. But better. Which is build something extremely cool in design. While making a very fun enjoyable build process. Heck they even adressed the cape building problem that Dukemon and Omegamon X had, with Alphamon.

      Unfortunately the transformation aspect makes it quite flimsy...

    Def buying this, in my country is arround 105 usd cuz of shipping costs. But I think it's absolutely worth it after watching this vid, I had waaaaay worse figures (yes figures not even kits) for the same price.

      Thanks for watching! The good thing is so far this kit has held out well enough, atleast better than the original Imperialdramon.

    I died when I saw it couple months back at a con. Bought it immediately, not thinking twice. I'm really happy I got it, but god damnit. Everything you point out, holds true. It's a horrific kit handling wise. Absolutely atrocious. Especially the wings, which are as loose as a mother of five.
    On top of the loose build and horrible balance, I just reglued the sword handle for the 2nd time (right where it connects to the guard). It broke off when posing the figure, so make sure to be careful. I'll eventually have to drill out the middle of the handle and poke in some sort of wire to make sure it won't break again. Otherwise this would be an ongoing issue.
    Getting an action base seems absolutely obligatory, which I'll do in the near future. Other than getting myself a 2nd kit of this and the normal Imperialdramon, just so I can put both dragon modes next to their normal versions.

      The only problem I have with mine is the top shoulder, it keeps falling when I try to pose(I had to glue it to make me less frustate, goodbye dragon mode), other parts is fine and nothing loose.

    I love this model but recently I had a problem, the small piece that makes the elbow joint broke, it is a very small piece and no matter how much I glue it, it ends up breaking when I put it in, does anyone know if there is somewhere I can get it loose parts? thank you very much 🥺

      @@vancyhobbies thank you very much. I literally just started watching videos a couple days ago after I picked up a couple kits for my cousin, on marketplace, and after seeing it I thought it looked really fun, so I want to get into it, but the only place he knows where to buy them is in a store called Sakura that’s beside the point because it’s in BC but thank you very much

    Is their a way to fix all those loose joints?

    • @vancyhobbies
      @vancyhobbies  8 місяців тому

      You can spray a little bit for clear coat on the peg of the joint, after it dries the clear coat will thicken the joint a bit.

      @vancyhobbies  Рік тому

      I bought my action base from my local hobby store called pandahobby its located in canada. You can buy them from amazon or if you are from the usa newtypehq or usagundamstore. Other options is checking your local hobby stores or ordering from hobbylinkjapan or amiami if you need international shipping. The action base im using is called the action base 1, they also come in a variety of colors. Hope that helps.
