The most troublesome thing I took away from the Bills-Patriots game was the distinct impression that Keon is really bad at getting separation. I don't know if his ability to high point 50/50 balls will be enough to make up for it, but if he couldn't get space from the Pats practice squad player,...
Eric Moulds needs to get his hands on Keon this offseason. Trading down to pick Keon left them open to criticism. I was getting Kaiir Elam vibes from Keon today.
@@silkscreenart5515 great point, I guess? Idk man the what-if game is pretty silly. What I said is true, like it or not. The Chiefs had no interest in winning, the Bills will.
@@silkscreenart5515personally, I think that game was the Broncos Super Bowl. Anything can happen, but the Broncos don’t really have much chance of winning, even if the Bills play a relatively bad game, which I don’t think they will. This isn’t the 2022 season with a flat Dorsey offense and a team with no motivation that peaked in week one. This isn’t the 2023 season with every linebacker and cornerback and their backups were injured the entire season. This is a healthy team that is in a fantastic spot emotionally that needs to have a muffed punt or fumble and a couple of turnovers to lose. I don’t expect the Broncos to be able to keep up with the Bills. Either way, it’s going to be a battle that the Bills need to win to stay alive!
I definitely think this offseason will be huge for Keons development. Hes starting to learn to use his body on those big contested catches, but the footwork and the explosiveness should be a focus point so he can explode next season.
Broncos fan here. I expect a confident win by Buffalo next weekend. I like Allen and the Bills and will be rooting for your first SB once this game is over! Like the cliche says: we’re just happy to be here. 😅
Keon isn’t a number one and that’s ok for now. We can say he isn’t a rookie anymore but I’d like to say he was out with the injury for a while. They just had to NOT get hurt and I think they did it. I like Coleman, he needs to get better every week but I like the cog he is in this entire offense.
Dan , you’re right Coleman is having issues catching these last two games. It’s with Josh as well. He is not catching balls well. Hope it doesn’t persist. He has made great catches , but he lacks consistency and it’s a concern going into the pressure of the playoffs. If ball isn’t placed high where he can elevate , he is not making 50/50 catches otherwise. Great point and I don’t think we’re alone in noticing this !
No matter how casual sounding folks may sound about facing the Donkeys, I seriously doubt our Bills are taking them lightly. The Donkeys are going to be a handful on offense with three RBs, Mims, and Nix is a mobile guy that requires we get some contain pressure. Every game in the playoffs is basically like an NCAA 9/8 game in bball. Go Bills
For myself, while it is important for Keon to show improvement at this point, I feel like what he has shown in flashes makes him a bit of a threat to the other team at any moment. Him just being on the field as well as the rest of the hungry offense keeps the other team guessing. I don't feel like they would dismiss him being out there is what I'm saying. Maybe I'm looking at this all wrong but it's an opinion.
The nice thing about Cook thing OJ’s rush TD mark is that we can simply refer to it as “James Cook’s single season rush TD record” if anyone approaches it in the future.
FWIW, I thought the exact same things on Coleman (again.) He's good on broken plays but he cannot separate. I want him to be good so badly. He seems like a really good person, but he definitely needs to work in the offseason. PS: I saw the Steve Smith video previously and I totally agree with that too.
The rest for most of the players is big this week. Especially injured players coming back. They will be ready. I think the good D of the Broncos will have Brady dial up more Shakir screens and QB draws if the awesome Bills offense has trouble.
I'm with Mike. I think the reason Mayo got canned so fast was because he was "told" to not try so hard today, and he went out and won the game despite that.
If I were on a team and the coach told us to play hard but don't win, I couldn't respect him after that. He probably told them to WIN and got fired for it.
Coleman is disappointing. Good WRs fight to get the ball and we got Coleman because he was supposed to be good at making hard catches. Today it felt like if the ball didn’t come right into his hands then he wasn’t going to put any effort into catching it. Also feel he seems disinterested and disconnected when answering questions with the media .
Pretty much every other 1-2 round wr had a great rookie season. People can like the dude, but he underperformed on the year. He needs to take a big step forward next season.
The guy can kick it a country mile...In a game the Patriots needed to lose he missed an extra point giving the Bills a 2 point lead and then has a ultra short kickoff handing the Patriots great field position. What is better for the Bills... Winning or losing this game. Here's a hit they were sandbagging
Bo Nix is going to be a great qb in this league, I hope our defense can keep pressure on him , Denver won't be easy.... if we get WC exit we need to make serious serious changes on defense
Careful guys.... don't underestimate the Broncos. This is going to show what this version of the Bills are made of... I WILL say, The Bills... sans Diggs... makes Josh much more able to Be JOSH..... and that is something the Broncos will have to deal with.
Everyone glazing the Broncos because of their backup Chiefs blowout. They won one game against a winning team in the Falcons. And 1-1 verses, Wilson’s, Steelers. BFD
No injuries! Mission accomplished!!. Some thoughts. Coleman played like he was disinterested in the game. Something is off about him. Worst of the top ten receivers selected last year. He's had a half dozen flashes. Not impressed. Peterman would have outplayed White today. Lastly, No one better look past the Bronco's. Their D is legit, and the kind of defense that typically gives the Bills fits. A first round exit would be catastrophic for this franchise.
Bro Coleman is not the worst of the top 10 receivers taken in the draft your bugging out…dude was playing to not get hurt he’s WR 2B behind cooper/shakir stop it 🤦♂️
I was born in Providence, gone back as an adult. I can confirm Providence on food, should look into new york system hotdogs next time you go. For keon playing in the 4th, in the preseason they have 90 players, in week 18 they don't. Not sure who else to play unless they call up every practice squad receiver or run 1 wr sets.
It's the PLAY OFF's! Anything can happen. There is more parity in the NFL than ever. S MacDermott has it right - one day (game) at a time. The Bills certainly SHOULD win, but not if they are complacent like against the Rams. They need to play like they did against Detroit. A sense of URGENCY. I've been rooting for the Bills since 1965 and want ONE SB before I die!
I've been to that Aloft in Providence......not sure I'm sold on the room design but great location and view of the river. Go Bills....Don't sleep on Denver......Nix can find receivers.
I prefer to listen to WGR online during Bills games-I live out west and the local station does not carry Bills ganes but no matter, Eric Cross knows so much more about the game and this team
I think we’re kidding ourselves with the bills defense. I think the bills defense is terrible if they don’t get turnovers, they look like garbage Taylor Rapp got juked out of his shoes today and damar. Hamlin didn’t look much better and both of those guys are starters. I don’t know manyou got the bills going up against a good Broncos defense, and the Broncos going up against completion every down defense, you’re gonna get a completion against the bills every single freaking down, so I’m not confident at all.
This is why I’m glad Beane went out on got Amari Cooper. His late hands and ability to make big plays in the playoffs is something Diggs for one reason or another couldn’t. “You biggest players need to make the biggest plays in the biggest games.” (Beane 1 day before trading Stefon)
Beane has to do something he barely does anything, drafts like garbage, he might draft 1-2 day 1 starters, drafted 1 star in all these years in Allen 1, that is a pathetic stat.... if defense blows our chances again this year Beane and McDermott show have to go and they need to get a GM in here that will surround Allen with all the support he needs to win a championship
In Coleman’s defense, QB play was horrible. This is a rookie. You’re looking for 1 or 2 plays a game from a rookie receiver. From that standpoint he’s a success. Can’t start proper assessment until his second yr. If we don’t see a jump in play by then, then I’m concerned. If he has a great game against Denver, what will be your assessment then.
Vaild question @21:05 ...Were they (the Patriots org) mad because he (Coach Jarod Mayo) won the game? ...thereby forfeiting the 1st overall pick? What could it possibly matter, even if they got the 1st round pick FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS?! The Patriots will be tail spinning for AT LEAST the next decade.
I'm a little worried about Coleman as well, he should be chewing up a secondary like New England at this point in the season, no matter who is throwing him the ball. At this point he's looking like an overdrafted Marques Valdes-Scantling, rather than a Marques Colston, but he is still a rookie.
context matter , get out healthy was the only goal imho the team knew mayo was getting a pink slip and they played for win to tell kraft FU and number 1
Agree with Dan about Keon, 2/10 is terrible and no excuse. No separation and we are still concerned about the same things we were the beginning of her year. I remember during the draft I was hoping they were going to select Ladd McConkey because he caught everything coming out of Georgia, but nope…they went with Keon.

Half those balls we’re uncatchable anyway
Denver looked much better than I expected. Dual threat quarterback.
they did look good, particularly Nix, but that was basically the equivalent of beating up a jv team
@@Wombat3000 What if the Bills look like a JV team.
Broncos are way better than you think. Bills Fan.
@@Wombat3000They were still paid to play professional football on both sides of the ball; both teams.
I definitely think this offseason will be huge for Keons development. Hes starting to learn to use his body on those big contested catches, but the footwork and the explosiveness should be a focus point so he can explode next season.
Yeah I'm more worried about Bass. He keeps missing the extra point. That's going to bite us if the game is close.
Broncos fan here. I expect a confident win by Buffalo next weekend. I like Allen and the Bills and will be rooting for your first SB once this game is over! Like the cliche says: we’re just happy to be here. 😅
You're a Bronco's fan rooting for the Bills 🤔
Keon isn’t a number one and that’s ok for now. We can say he isn’t a rookie anymore but I’d like to say he was out with the injury for a while. They just had to NOT get hurt and I think they did it. I like Coleman, he needs to get better every week but I like the cog he is in this entire offense.
Go bills, Virginia buffalo fans!!!
Lack of focus in my opinion. If he can’t separate he’s gotta at least catch the ball when it hits his hands.
@@Brianp150Hwere much better WRs to be had in the draft
This time "Dan is right" about Keon. Great episode!
GO BILLS!
Go Bills
The Donkeys😂😂
For myself, while it is important for Keon to show improvement at this point, I feel like what he has shown in flashes makes him a bit of a threat to the other team at any moment. Him just being on the field as well as the rest of the hungry offense keeps the other team guessing. I don't feel like they would dismiss him being out there is what I'm saying. Maybe I'm looking at this all wrong but it's an opinion.
Be careful of Sean Payton coach of the Denver Broncos , his talent may surprise you ! This should be a good game .
We know who sean Payton is as a head coach....no one is underestimating him😂😅
How do these player bonuses impact the salary cap?
Go Bills!
Go Bills!❤
The rest for most of the players is big this week. Especially injured players coming back. They will be ready. I think the good D of the Broncos will have Brady dial up more Shakir screens and QB draws if the awesome Bills offense has trouble.
They sure made the PS QB for the Patriots look like an All Pro today! 🤬
Let them think thats what they have. A bit of false hope? Besides , its not like we were playing our starters.
I'm with Mike. I think the reason Mayo got canned so fast was because he was "told" to not try so hard today, and he went out and won the game despite that.
Great as usual BUFFALO PLUS
JENNA YOUR A BABE
Everyone can see that. How about commenting on her intellect.
Hopefully the bills win against Denver next Sunday
GO BILLS!
If Buffalo gets to the Super Bowl, I want to play Tampa Bay 1v7.
Or McConkey who's better than both of them :/
1 seems healthy finally! I hope they get him some quick open space touches!
Keon’s made some great catches this season. Maybe he wasn’t trying hard because it was a meaningless game.
Dan you are the interrupting king! Period
I’m worried about Tyler Bass….inconsistent at all. Needs to get rid of this K! Remember that he missed an easy field goal in the playoff last year 😢
Bass again misses extra point and landing zone on kick off 😡
No excuse for miss. Patriots kicker had no problem.
High school kid can kick extra pts. for fun . Bass can't make them for $4 million a yr. ?
Should have cut him last year
The guy can kick it a country mile...In a game the Patriots needed to lose he missed an extra point giving the Bills a 2 point lead and then has a ultra short kickoff handing the Patriots great field position.
What is better for the Bills... Winning or losing this game. Here's a hit they were sandbagging
Go Bills
Bills 1pm Sunday
Pats fired mayo 😂😂😂😂
Bo Nix is going to be a great qb in this league, I hope our defense can keep pressure on him , Denver won't be easy.... if we get WC exit we need to make serious serious changes on defense
1:00pm Sunday
Mayo looked really down on the sidelines throughout the game - I wondered why he looked that way - then the announcement came out immediately
Kraft is a bum
@@paullight6341This comment is way to nice. Dude is despicable. 💩
He knew he was getting fired and coached a win on purpose i can almost guarantee it
@@ThePlvgGmG that’s a bold claim

Go Bills-all the way!
Bro Coleman is not the worst of the top 10 receivers taken in the draft your bugging out…dude was playing to not get hurt he’s WR 2B behind cooper/shakir stop it 🤦♂️
R u a bills hater r a broncos fan?
2 catches out of 10 is disappointing .C'mon "0"
I was born in Providence, gone back as an adult. I can confirm Providence on food, should look into new york system hotdogs next time you go.
For keon playing in the 4th, in the preseason they have 90 players, in week 18 they don't. Not sure who else to play unless they call up every practice squad receiver or run 1 wr sets.
Jenna, you’re absolutely right. Put Bass on blast!!
I think it’s going to be a very tight game, 27/24 bills
Please bet your house on your beliefs. Much like relgion.
I've been to that Aloft in Providence......not sure I'm sold on the room design but great location and view of the river. Go Bills....Don't sleep on Denver......Nix can find receivers.
If we don't have Josh we would get the #1 draft pick thats how bad the qb's are on this team
Get in and win and get out as healthy as possible go bills 😊
bills 31-17, denver 2 turnovers, bills will play a montana/brady offense, time of possession bills 38 minutes, game over late 3d qtr
I prefer to listen to WGR online during Bills games-I live out west and the local station does not carry Bills ganes but no matter, Eric Cross knows so much more about the game and this team
I believe they're playing at 1pm on Sunday. That's what it showed last night during the Lions game.
Thank you for addressing BASS. This will be an issue in the play offs. Mark my words
@@donnyfoster1859 Cook was a good pick too
They played a chiefs team that rested their star players
And only lost to there starters in kc due to a blocked kick
@@markuskramer8666they also had half of there offense in the hospital
@@jackiecellini482 Chief starters aren't all that good either. 🤣
We got bigger fish to fry. - Von Miller.

Im not that worried about Keon and Curtis Samuel playing all of this game. They have missed several games this year so the rest isnt as important
It's amazing how little mic time Jenna was given. Talk about hogging the mic.
He dropped a lot last week. Are those hands not made for cold weather? Hopefully he does better next week. Rooting for Keon.
The bills are the better team. Now wether they play like that is another story
I'm a little worried about Coleman as well, he should be chewing up a secondary like New England at this point in the season, no matter who is throwing him the ball. At this point he's looking like an overdrafted Marques Valdes-Scantling, rather than a Marques Colston, but he is still a rookie.
context matter , get out healthy was the only goal
imho the team knew mayo was getting a pink slip and they played for win to tell kraft FU and number 1
