Thanks for watching
Well done. Very nice Vlog
Thanks for watching brother
Nice Vlog
One day me and 2 of my friends plan to go on a road trip from Bengaluru to Ooty! Let's see when that day comes* 🌄🤝💯
Thanks for watching. I hope the day will come soon 🙂
Dude! Just wow, you really need to have a lot more subs and views!!
Thanks for watching brother. Appreciate your comment.
another great vlog, i think your strength is the shots like at 15.30, holding the video still at a frame, gives a sense of calm action, complements your voice as well. Also you are knowledgeable as well during the forest ride, that felt nice. didnt like the blurry transition at the intro though and the sound of the caption at the intro, contrasts with the rest of the calm video. Also knowing another person is in the video but not there feels odd😀
Thanks Nirmalya. I like still shots, classic. I did a speed ramp in the intro so given the blur effect. To be honest I edited this video in a whole new software (Davinci Resolve) so you know I was kinda experimenting things like effects, color grading etc. Color grading is not up to the mark as I normally use to do in my old editing software and I need to improve it in the new software, again just experimenting things here 😄. My wife is camera shy 😄. Appreciate your feedback. Thanks again for watching.
Incredible... you deserve 50k subscribers at the lowest and 500k views due to your astonishingly high quality contents... anyway a new subscriber here 👍
Thanks for watching & subscribing! Means a lot 🙂
😍😍😍😍😍
Thanks for watching
Hi Ash, thank you bringing such a beautiful video for us. I am planning for a road trip from Bangalore to Ooty and this video do seem very helpful. I am starting out as a rider and don’t really have any riding peers, let me know if you would like me to be a part of any of your next travels. Cheers!
Hi Aakash, thanks for watching & all the best for your rides 👍🙂
@@AshTrails thank you and may I know what helmet, camera and mic do you use for your setup?
@@aakashjadhav15 I use Vega Ryker helmet with GoPro hero 7, mic adapter and Maono microphone.
like it bro
Thanks for watching!
Hi man. Really nice vlog. I am going on this trip tomorrow but the Mysuru expressway has been completed and 2 wheelers are banned. Which alternate route would you suggest? I heard the service road is not good as there are too many speedbreakers, etc. Thanks.
Thanks for watching! Alternate route is through Kanakpura
@@AshTrails Thanks! I had taken this route today and it was good..
Awesome cinematic shots bro... feels like addiction to your vlogs...
Just wanted to check which camera do you use ? like different cameras for different shots ?
Thanks for watching! I use sony a6400 & GoPro 7
I’m going tomorrow morning 3 am from Bangalore, (Kannamangala) to Ooty with my Himalayan
Enjoy!! Thanks for watching!
Nice vlog.
Is there any permission required to seamlessly cross the border (especially on a 2 wheeler)? Any particular time slots during which vehicles are allowed?
No permission required, but you need to cross Bandipur/Madumalai forest area before 5 PM as they don’t allow vehicle movement after 5. Thanks for watching
Will they ask for driving licence at checkpost ??
@@manipallu6011 Normally they don’t stop vehicles at the check post but if they stop, they may ask for dl and rc.
Hey I'm planning for a trip to Ooty from bangalore. How good express highway for a car drive
The 3 lane expressway from Bangalore to Mysore is fantastic. From Mysore till Ooty you will get normal highway which is also in good condition. Thanks for watching have a nice road trip!
nice video, which route did you take bro?
can you mark the primary checkpoints so that we can also follow?
Mysore - Gundlupete - Theppakadu - Mavanalla - Ooty. This was the route I took. After crossing KA- TN border you need to take left turn from Theppakadu. Put the navigation on map from Mysore to Ooty and you will see this route.
In checkpot they will document of bike
They didn’t stop me at the border. Perhaps they stop random vehicles and check the documents.
Hi..which is the best way from Ooty to Bangalore? Any restrictions while coming back to Bangalore by bike?
Ooty-Gudalur-Bandipur-Gundlupete-Mysore (From Mysore you can either take Kanakpura route or Ramnagara route. No restrictions except the expressway from Mysore to Bangalore via Ramnagara, you can take 2 wheelers lane next to expressway if you plan Ramnagara route. Hope this helps!
Bro tamilnadu board pe kay kay documents puchatahe??
Vehicle related documents only. RC, DL, Insurance.
We are planning for ooty trip..till mysore by Vandebharath teain and from there do we get bike for rent? Is it a good option ?
Yes, you will get bikes for rent in Mysore. It’s a good option as Ooty is not that far from Mysore. Thanks for watching & have a nice trip!!
To move from Karnataka to Tamil do we require any paper for lile short trips ? Bty nice vlog 👍🏻
No, just vehicle documents are enough. Thanks for watching!
Hi bro
Can we travel on rental bikes to ooty
Any problem as that will be yellow plate
I think you can, just carry all vehicle documents.
Bro I need one help. Am planning to go to Ooty from Bangalore on bike. I wanted to know about the Mysore to Ooty route via Bandipur National Park.
Mysore - Gundlupete - Theppakadu - Mavanalla - Ooty. This was the route I took. After crossing KA- TN border you need to take left turn from Theppakadu. Put the navigation on map from Mysore to Ooty and you will see this route.
E pass is required now to go to ooty from bangalore in rented bikes?
Epass is not required for private bikes, not sure about rental bikes though. I don’t think epass is required for rental bikes either.
Next vlog pls :)
Next vlog will come soon 🙂 Thanks for watching!
nice vlog. how many kilometers was the ride? Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty
270 km, thanks for watching!
@@AshTrails oh okay, thank you. Then i better choose this route. Because the map shows me a route from Hosur side which ia 375kms!. So Mysore route seems better. But now the expressway has been banned for bikes🙆♂️so im not sure what to do😅
sir ji Karnataka aur tamilnadu border main Aap ne kitna payment kiya
please send reply sir
They didn’t ask me for money, no payment.
from which road did you travel?
Bangalore-Mysore expressway, when 2 wheelers were allowed. If you want to go Ooty on 2 wheels the I suggest the Kanakpura road
Bro share me best recommended hotel to stay in budget there ?
Well there are a lot of budget hotels & homestays based on location, amenities etc. You may wanna check hotel booking websites like make my trip, goibibo etc and find the right one for yourself. Thanks for watching!
bhai bangalore se ooty bike se jane me kin bato ka dhyan rakına chahiye aur bike k kon se document hone jaruri hai..? aur aur police kahi pr rokti to nhi hai na ooty jane se bike me plz tell me going ooty in this weekend .. plz reply me man.
Carry all vehicle related documents, DL, RC, insurance, PUC etc. Both covid vaccination certificates (soft copy) incase if they ask for it. Normally you will find cops in KA - TN border, in Madumalai forest checkpost but they normally stop 4 wheelers, not bike. They didn’t stop me in the check post but you never know. Have a nice trip & thanks for watching!
@@AshTrails Thanks a lot for instant reply bro.
@@indoregallery4799 You’re welcome
which route should we take now as Bangalore Mysuru Expressway is closed for two wheelers now?
Bro are u going this week??
You can take Kanakpura route and bypass Mysore or take the 2 wheeler lane next to the Mysore expressway to go via Mysore, it may take some time though. I think Kanakpura is better option.
@@AshTrails ok thanks man
Which is the best route for two wheelers from Bangalore to Mysore and Mysore to Ooty,?
@@adhityanarasimhan9689 You can go via Kanakpura or take the old Mysore lane which is next to the Mysore expressway, 2 wheelers allowed on that lane
Planning to do a OOTY bike trip with my gf on august meed week.....is bike safe? Like There wont be any Tigers right??😂 any other suggestion you would like to give?
Bike is safe, tigers rarely come outside in open, you may spot elephants, deers etc but just be careful since it’s a forest area. Carry vehicle related documents, cops may stop you at the check post. Thanks for watching & have a nice trip.
Bro planning for a ride this week to Ooty..
Any suggestions on the budget resorts.. dos and don't in Ooty
You may have to check booking portals like Mmt or goibibo to check the availability of budget resorts, as for dos and don’t, there is nothing so don’t worry about that, just carry vehicle docs. Have a nice trip & thanks for watching!
@@AshTrails sure thanks for responding
Is there any parking problem on Ooty tourist spots?
Some of the tourist spots do not offer parking facilities, you have to park your vehicle next to the road. Bike parking is manageable but Car parking can be difficult.
@@AshTrails thanks for your information
Bro...I will set for Ooty this Saturday on bike...On Himalayan BS6 ...like you 😅....
Can you tell me...if the road is safe from Tiger attack..?. I know it may sound like a silly question..
But would be glad if you answer it..Lots of love and THANKS in ADVANCE
Tigers rarely come out on the main road, I would say it is safe, however do watch out for elephants, I’ve seen them many times on the Bandipur main road, so be careful. Thanks for watching and have a nice & safe trip.
Hi bro.. traveling to Ooty by bike on sat early morning 3am from marathalli. There are people saying few roads are blocked and bikes are not allowed. Could you please guide me how to reach and what roads should i prefer? *PLEASE REPLY ASAP🙏*
You can go via Kanakpura, bypassing Mysore or take the old Mysore lane which is next to the Mysore expressway, 2 wheelers allowed on that lane
@@AshTrails Thanks a lot brother. And from Mysore which is the best route to take to Ooty ? I'm clearly trusting on gmaps .. hope they allow bikes en route ooty
@@adhityanarasimhan9689 Mysore - Gundlupete - Mavanalla. After crossing KA- TN border you need to take left turn. Put the navigation on map from Mysore to Ooty and you will see this route. It’s the same route that I took. Bikes allowed.
Note that the Bandipur forest route opens at 6am and closes at 9pm so plan accordingly
@@AshTrails thank you so much brother 🙏❣️
No tube less Tyre 😢so
Yeah, that’s the downside of this bike. No tubes tyres 😟
