@@ghostpacas7600that’s so rude. She started a NONPROFIT to help rebuild schools and hospitals is hard hit regions and her charity also helped rebuild after the Japan tsunami.
I had an extremely vivid dream about the tsunami three days before it happened. I told my mom and sister about it, and I was stressed after the dream. It still gives me chills. Thank you for reporting on North Carolina.
What a powerful story and what a beautiful soul. As a girl also born in Czechoslovakia she makes me so proud. BTW Petra's suraname is pronounced as [nemtsova]. Greetings from Slovakia!
I’m Czech American and my grandfather died from Parkinson’s Christmas Eve 2004 at the same time as the tsunami and I translated my own Fulbright research.
@tomas3319 EXACTLY! Some American presenters just can't be bothered. What if Central Europeans pronounced their names differently than in the US? Fire would be on the roof instantly. Sheer ignorance on their part.
TV shows contact most of their guests. Keeping the story alive not only memorializes the victims, but inspires people to study tsunamis, how to build safely, how to rescue people...warns people, inspired them to donate... Think or READ before you make ugly (ignorant) comments!
@ Manners? Try some. Your assumption, and critique, of my comment was dead wrong! How about asking is you received the comment accurately before you smart off?
❤ This event also inspired me to start an organisation to impact the lives of vulnerable children in South Africa 🇿🇦: ua-cam.com/video/DNmSTbj1Xeo/v-deo.htmlsi=hbCeI5LTFWu2JLoe
I volunteered with her organization in Haiti after the earthquake there. Great organization, I encourage anyone who is able bodied to volunteer.
The world could use more people like her, what a wonderful person she is.
If only certain leaders were this kind. Instead of selfish and greedy and corrupt.
This life disaster did not break her. Today she has a beautiful family and helps those who need it the most. Very nice and unique.🙏♥️🍀
You mean she’s profiting monetarily
@@ghostpacas7600How is she profiting? There's always someone like you, isn't there? What have you done for anyone?

That’s magnificent what she does better than any charity or anyone I heard of. God bless her.
What a beautiful woman inside and out! God bless her❤

all those people died because you didnt do anything to help. Almost like your story is full of shit or something
Beautiful soul

Good for her !!! If more people with this ability would do what they could what an incredible difference they could make .
I'll never forget that day. The terror we saw thousands of miles away on tv.
Her work is making a real difference! 🌍 Happy 2025! 🎅🏻🎉👍🏻
She has a purpose🙏
20 Years Ago! So terrible and sad!
Well done Petra

Merry Christmas
I’m surprised $15 million George didn’t call her a liar.😱
🙏🏽
Don't tell me you cannot learn correctly her surname......

Her name is pronounced "Nyemtsova", NOT "Nemkova". Can American presenters not even check? Thanks for the coverage, though.
I maybe going out on a limb here... but I think Bodie might grow up to be a handsome young man... its a possibility....
She has aged well. Good luck to her.
Twinflame is BS though..
Never heard of her or seen her.
WHY would you waste time commenting on everything you have never heard of?!
@22lyric Why do you think that this is North Korea?
You mean going from
Show to show or podcast to podcast charging people for interviews and profiting off of a tragedy ?
How is she profiting? There's always someone like you, isn't there? What have you done for anyone?
How is your volunteer organization going? How many thousands of people have you helped? Oh, that’s right. Zero. Maybe sit down and stfu.

Melania? Who cares?
@lovewillwar2422
Petra is NOT Melania, NOR does she come from Slovenia, as Melania does. Manners, please!
