- Welcome everyone!! In this 'day in the life of a nurse' vlog, I take you with me on my day as a Nurse based in London, whilst sharing some of my favourite beauty products and self care routine.
My self-care products:
Morning:
1) La Roche- posay HyaluB5 Hyaluronic Acid plumping serum (I also use this in the evening)
During the shift:
1) Freederm- Cleansing wipes
2) Norwegian Formula hand cream
3) Wet Ones- antibacterial wipes
Evening:
1) Natural radiant Dual Roller (Superdrug brand)
2) Natural re-usable cotton pads (Superdrug brand)

As a community staff nurse, I literally role out of bed, brush my teeth and shower and race to work. Maybe, maybe I’ll eat. At some point. Depends if I’m the only nurse on duty 😭🤣
