Doesn’t matter if you’re poor or rich, people will always be nosy… there’s a reason why the homes that are elevated are first to be sold, and homes down below with no privacy (especially for a $6M home) are sitting vacant.

I hate homes on the golf course. You have no idea how many really bad amateur golfers there are that will hit balls into your yard and windows. Plus there is nothing worse than the noise from golf carts.

With the 600 sq/ft limit in pool size, it is difficult to build the lap pool.
you DONT have privacy , say what you will once that other house gets built , that jacuzzi will be useless unless they build a privacy fence

A certain caliber of people that can afford this home are not concerned about the things the commenters are. This home is not an Entertainment home or designed for the outdoor living type. This is an Executive Home not MTV Cribs, the Individual who buys this is Wealthy not Rich. I do like the house for the design and layout but not a fan of the steps everywhere.

No view once a house is built in the empty lot across the street and no privacy since the neighbors backyards look down on the pool and house, and all for $6M+.

For a $6.3M, the house is lacking. Somebody clearly thought just because there's a brand name, people wouldn't see the lack of care it was build and finished. Combined with the awful spot where it's situated, it's not even worth half.

I seriously hope more people leave Las Vegas - it's not that affordable anymore! But for some reason LV has the lowest YoY inventory (-11%) in the ENTIRE NATION. It's crazy.
