This time it's just the story with no theories instead I leave it to you to decide if it's true or false and to draw your own conclusion I will give my thoughts later on after I have heard more encounters I have had my own and I got my own ideas on what it may be but I won't disturb you this time maybe for another video. This was sent in by an anonomous soldier who encounted what he thought was the Grim Reaper during a training exercize and he wants answers on what could it have been?
