Prep/Powder Coat Leaf Springs Candy Green!

In this video I take you guys through the process I take to prep, powdercoat, and reassemble/put them back together the leaf springs. This was a 3 stage part meaning 3 different coats of powder. Starting with Zinc rich primer, Alien Silver mid coat, and Shimmer Candy Shamrock as the top coat.
overall very fun color to shoot and the springs ended up 100x better then they were before.

Never thought of to sandblast and defiantly not powder coating the leafs........
If you like them to be smooth then put some grease or dry stuff that make leafs move easily ..... there are some differences
