    Plz Start with 30 Seconds 2 to 3 sets each workouts & Slowly you can increase the Timings.

    Should we have to do these exercises on daily basis? Doesn't our muscles need rest for recovery to develop strength in them?

      Hi Gaurav,
      You can do it one day by skipping one day and start with less counts slowly increase the counts.
      If your doing mma training then after training do it 10 to 15 minutes and add some core workouts too.
