They grew up separately, and not know each other as a half brother. So it is not a big deal that that lady has to get crazy like that. They are not sibling, they are half brother and sister, especially they didnot grew up together or knew each other before. Why would that lady care that much? Not like!

In cambodia, if you're blood related, you CAN'T love each other. Especially when our father are sibling.
And in this movie , they have the same father , so when they decide to have children it's can effect to the baby.
It's simple for her to lose control in herself after knowing she married and already slept with her OWN BROTHER.
