For the mini game, you need to imagine that Aster doesn't see what are you playing as well. He have his play set before you play your. You just need to predict what is he playing and if you miss it, he will do the same play in the next tur a lot of the times anyway
The Reversi pack is 50000pt. The coin bonus is very low compared to consecutive hit bonus so ideally you want to guess the spot right as much as possible. But if you are high level you can ignore all those.

@CasualCooper oh totally but I also think each partner has different AI for each minigames so some do better or worse depending on the game. No idea if that's true but it's what I felt when I played this game
That minigame is stupid just use quicksave quickload, the AI dont care what you do he always play where he wants and if you dont place on the right place he keep placing in the place he wants
