    my dude, those front spacers are not making contact with the hubcentric ring. they are literally sitting there doing absolutely nothing.

      @@tone3560 this whole setup is wrong lol. Buy stuff that fits and you wont have to run stupid shit like spacers. dont build your car based on looks.

      @ what size wheel/offset/ tire combo do you run?

    @6:25 you have plenty of stud for the lug nuts... but you have ZERO hub for your hubcentric rings and wheels😐
    You need custom made 10mm spacers that are hub centric to the car and wheel

      100% only proper way to run spacer in this situation.

    I just put different offset in front and rear to clear the stock suspension in front. not ideal, but a lot simpler than spacers & studs

      then you cant rotate your tires lol.

      @@Cichlid_Visuals can re-mount to do a proper cross rotate anyway

    how do you know the hubcentric ring size for your wheels, regardless which wheel size you choose?

    • @OAKOS
      @OAKOS  2 місяці тому +2

      It is the factory specification for the hub center bore. As long as you know that for your vehicle, you can get whatever hub ring size you need for the wheel. So if a stock GR86 is 56.1mm, you would need a hub ring that is 56.1 to the wheel's center bore, which for enkei RPF1's are 73mm. So you would need a 56.1mm to 73mm hub ring.

    Please let me know if 8.5 x18 rims with 45 mm offset work with no mods.

      They will rub the stock strut

      I ran that exact setup and the front rubbed. I now have coilovers and they clear fine

    why not just get the +35's that enkie already makes...?

    • @thegreatpollo
      @thegreatpollo Місяць тому +2

      +35 offset on, you run the risk in touching the fenders in the rear because it has such an aggressive offset.
      The sweet spot is +40

      @thegreatpollo is correct, and its always nice to have the option of rotating the tires and having no issues. This way we can rotate the tires and maximize the life out of them.

    Another solid video, Bro. We released a portable air pump. Can we invite you to do a review? We have emailed for an inquiry.
